Cedarwood School’s 31st Anniversary Jubilee is swiftly approaching! We have gathered an
incredible collection of “Faculty Favorites” for you to bid on. Please take time to peruse the
items and talk over with your students what they would LOVE to be a part of it!
FOR STUDENTS
• Patio Picassos! What do you get when you combine great weather, a patio, paint, and a
great art teacher? Patio Picassos! Come enjoy the weather on Mrs. Sojka’s lovely patio
while she gives up to six students a private art lesson. This item is non-transferrable and
non-refundable. Expires 05/23/2015. Bidding starts at $150.

Meet the Pro. Four students will be learning the basic fundamentals of golf (full shots,
pitching, chipping, and putting) via the SNAG (Starting New at Golf) program. Golf
Professional, Fred Schroeder and Coach A will be the instructors at Beau Chene with the
kids for a two hours. We will have fun, modified equipment provided for the kids during
their golf lesson. Minimum bid: $150

The Dunavants LOVE to travel! Anywhere and everywhere, they are always looking for
fun, adventure and new experiences! But guess what? They never leave home without
their family games. Whether traipsing through glaciers in Canada, RVing in Colorado,
roadtripping it through the Southwest, ziplining through North Carolina or sleeping on
the ground in Mexico, they always have family fun with them in their suitcase. Check out
their gift basket at the Silent Auction for all their favorite on-the-go games, both large

A basket of books hand picked by Mrs. Vehnekamp! Bidding starts at $35.

A kid’s night out! Take the night off and let Kindergarten teachers Ms. McCloy and Mrs.
Williams do all the work at Chuck-e-Cheese! Package is good for up to ten students.
Teachers will meet you and your child at Chuck-e-cheese where your student and siblings
(!) will stay for three hours. Have a night out or evening of rest and let Ms. McCloy and
Mrs. Williams do what they do best! This item is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

The amazing Mrs. Carmadelle will take four students on a guided walking tour through the
historic French Quarter. The many interesting stops include several historic buildings,
Café du Monde and the French Market. Bidding starts at $250

6 Children will create multiple crafts and holiday goodies, ornaments and treats with Mrs.
Ellis and Mrs. DiFranco while parents have two hours to shop, dine or do whatever parents
need to do during holiday time. All materials and supplies will be provided. Expires

• Enjoy a Sunday New Orleans style Jazz Brunch on the lake complete with live Jazz,
mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and wonderful food and sweets. Let the administration of
Cedarwood School host your spring lawn party for 10-12 guests with no stress or mess!
The administration of Cedarwood School will treat you like kings and queens at Kingsport
on the beautiful Lake Ponchatrain lakefront. To be held on a mutually agreed upon date
during March – May. This item is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Starting bid

Alicia Ford’s basket will be “Everything You Need to Know To Get Started With Chalk
Painting”. The value is $300. It will include one free Annie Sloan paint class, chalk paints
and wax, brushes and a book about chalk painting. All of these items will be placed in a
“dove nest” basket (valued at $45).

Dinner Party for You ! Why drive to a restaurant when you can have Chef Pearl prepare a
five course gourmet meal in your home for 4-6 people? You provide the table setting and

opportunity to tour a candy factory! World famous Aunt Sally’s Pralines will offer this
