ideas you have. We provide a full band PA, sound tech, projector,
drumkit, seating, bar staff and can help find anything else you need.
We also offer advice on running events and have access to a range
of promotional resources should you need them. For more details

DJs
We do not provide DJ equipment, you are welcome to use your
laptop and our tech will set this up, or we can put you in touch
with a local hire company (£40-£80).
Loading
Cardiff centre is pedestrianised however you could pull into
Castle Street entrance to quickly load but make sure someone stays
with your vehicle at all times.
Parking
For vans, rugby ground car park on Westgate St which is £6 all night
For cars, NCP Quay St CF10 1EA (£2.70 after 6pm), the rugby ground
or St David’s 2.
Public transport
We are located 5 mins walk from Cardiff Central Station
Hotels
Travelodge Queen St or Centre are near the station, or Llanedeyrn /
Atlantic Wharf / Whitchurch if bands require parking. Or try Sleeperz,
Nos Da, Ibis, lastminute.com
Rates
PA* = £50 + VAT paid in advance
Room hire only = £50 + VAT paid in advance
Sound tech* = £50 + VAT up to 5 hours paid in advance
+ £10 extra per hoiur thereafter
(* required for all live events/clubnights)
Touring bands are welcome to bring their own techs, but we still require our
in-house tech to be present for any live event and use our in-house PA at
the above costs.
