All the standard features of our high performance k8 series aerodynamic fume
cupboard but includes as standard the following equipment and features:
- Containment tested to operate at velocities of 0.30M/sec, 0.35M/sec and 0.50M/sec advanced aerodynamic and airflow properties
- Fully integrated V.A.V. Controller with fast responsive modulating fume cupboard damper.
- Bleed air inlet control and dampers available for the extraction system.
- Automatic sash closing system when user not present
- Sash open warning system to warn user when sashes have been left open
- Full V.A.V. systems supplied and installed. Either new or retro fitted
- Led energy efficient lighting

Fume Cupboard Alarm Systems
A full range of state of the art multi programmable airflow alarms and monitors.
Functions include LCD air speed read-out, Fan stop/start and programmable
relay outputs and inputs. AFA1000/2 fitted as standard.
Design, manufacture and installation of extract systems to suit current legislation.
Fans are fabricated from polypropylene with a range of direct drive or belt driven
impellers, available for single or three phase supply.
We offer full turnkey solutions, offering mechanical,
plumbing, electrical and building works.
Fume Cupboard Inspection, Service
& Maintenance
Fume cupboards must be inspected at least every 14 months, or earlier
depending on the usage. Our engineers will carry out routine maintenance and
service on a complete fume cupboard system, an inspection of all mechanical
and electrical components will be made together with face velocity readings.
Inspection schedule complies with COSHH (Reg 7 & 9).
The completed test results are presented to the client.
