 Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit May 20, 2017 Vehicle Information Sheet Description of Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit Date: Saturday, May 20, 2017 Event: One exhibit that is a part of the 150​th​ Festival & Flower Extravaganza, Downtown Redwood City Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit Details for Vehicle Owners/Operators Exhibit Time:​ Vehicles must be on site from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Exhibit Location:​ Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit​ is located on Hamilton St. near the intersection of Marshall St. and in the parking lot behind the San Mateo County History Museum. Exact Placement of Your Vehicle:​ You will be notified by email one week before the event with detailed instructions about load-in and placement of your vehicle. Set-up: ​All vehicles must be parked in the ​Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit​ by 11 a.m. Break-down: ​All vehicles parked in the museum parking lot may leave at 6 p.m. All vehicles parked on Hamilton St. must be driven off the street at 6 p.m. at which time the street will be reopened to vehicle traffic. Fee:​ There is NO FEE to exhibit your vehicle. However, if you also want to display your business or sell products within in the​ Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit, ​there is a fee to have a booth space. ​See​ Business Vendor Information Sheet and Application. Other Details Each vehicle owner/operator is required to have at least one attendant with the vehicle at all times. Volunteers will be on hand for assistance, if needed. All vehicles shall be open to any and all children to sit in, touch, honk horns, etc. If any accommodations need to be made for any child with a disability, please ask a volunteer for assistance. Each vehicle owner/operator and representatives shall conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate for a family-oriented event, which includes but is not limited to the following restrictions: ● No smoking ● No profanity ● No display of inappropriate content ● No display of inappropriate clothing (Please keep this page for future reference.) Community Impact Proceeds from the ​Kid’s Love Trucks! Exhibit​, comprised of business vendor booth space fees and direct donations made by community members during the exhibit, will benefit Redwood City’s Magical Bridge Playground, a one-of-a-kind all-inclusive playground to be constructed at Red Morton Park in 2017-18. Please visit ​magicalbridge.org/redwoodcity​ for more information on the playground. Magical Bridge Foundation “Kindness Ambassadors” will be on-hand at the exhibit to answer questions about the playground and accept community donations. out of the participants’ acts or omissions, the applicant

City Parks and Arts Foundation and Redwood City
Sesquicentennial Celebration Committee and their
officers, directors, employees, and volunteers, agents,
contractors, licensees, successors or assigns harmless
from any claim arising out of the applicant’s entry, acts, or
omissions in said festival or any accident, injury or
damage involved therein, including but not limited to
attorney fees and court costs. Vehicle Information Sheet & Proof of Liability Insurance All vehicle/owner/operators must complete an information sheet.
