LEAD CATALYST: CAMPUS MINISTRY
Serve as our Team Leader for campus ministry in a city with over 1 million college and university students. To
call this city a "College Town" is an understatement. It's a mega city within a mega city. This city is where our
President began his missionary journey back in 2000 and where he lived serving among college students for
many years. You will work closely with our house church partners to develop and implement strategies to
ignite disciple-making movements and lead all campus focused SRC missionaries and volunteers who serve in
this city.
General Duties:

Ignite disciple-making movements through strategic disciple-making methods that lead toward
establishing Biblical Communities among college and university students.
Cast vision for and empower student Christians to multiply disciples in their locale.
Cast vision for global Great Commission involvement to campus based house churches.
Work with the Silk Road Institute in SRC’s Hub in China to train college educated Christians for
missionary work among unreached people groups.
Lead all SRC missionaries and volunteers serving in our campus ministry.
Basic Position Requirements

Endorsement from your local church
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proven tract record of disciple-making
Cross-cultural ministry experience a plus
Vision for Business As Missions / Tent-making (One of our Core Values: Presence of Legitimacy)
