REFUNDS and PRO-RATING: Refunds will ONLY BE GIVEN for serious extenuating health or family
concerns. Camp Directors will make this determination. Pro-rating will no longer be available for any reason.
Please understand that when we book camps, we rely on fees to pay instructors and assistants and cover all
materials, regardless if your camper joins us for two days or all five. Thanks for your cooperation!
LATE REGISTRATIONS: While we make every effort to accommodate busy parents, there is a $25 fee
for any registrations made after Wednesday at 5 p.m. for the upcoming week of camp.
CHANGE FEES: If you need to change an existing registration, please contact Holly Hofbauer, Summer
Camp Director. Please note there is a $10 fee per change. Please remember that we cannot guarantee placing
your camper(s) if camps are full.
FOOD, DRESS, SUNSCREEN: Please send a snack, lunch and two drinks (or a refillable water bottle)
each day. If you choose Afternoon Explorations, please pack another snack and drink for that as well. Please
do not send soft drinks. If your child is attending a sports camp, send a water bottle. Please be sure that she
or he wears closed-toe shoes, and dresses appropriately, (easy to move in, cool and comfortable clothes are
best). Remember the kids play and get dirty, so please don’t send them in their “best” clothes. Please bring
sunscreen or apply at home before attending camp. It is a good idea to have your child wear sunscreen every
