of the "Pipe-Lines Act", being Chapter 284 R.S.B.C. 1960,
the Minister of Commercial Transport has approved the
application of Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia
Limited for leave to carry its jet fuel pipeline across the
natural gas pipeline of British Columbia Hyuro and Power
Authority, as set forth in his Certificate No. 492 which is
attached hereto:
AND TO RECOMMEND THAT in accordance with Section 5
of the said Act, the said Certificate be approved:

Application having been made by Trans Mountain
Enterprises of British Columbia Limited for leave to carry
its jet fuel pipeline across the natural gas pipeline of
British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority in Section 27,
8.5N, R5W, near Bridgeport and No. 7 Road in the District
of Richmond, British Columbia, as shown on Drawing No.
D-X-632 filed in the Department of Commercial Transport in
support of this application, and British Columbia Hydro and
Power Authority having signified its consent:
NOW THEREFORE, I, FRANCIS XAVIER RICHTER, Minister
of Commercial Transport of the Province of British Columbia,
hereby certify that pursuant to the provisions of Section 32
of the "Pipe-Lines Act", being Chapter 284 R.S.B.C. 1960, I
