Plotting Points
In an ordered pair (x, y) the first coordinate is the value of x.
Starting at the origin if the x value is positive move right and if the
x-value is negative move left.
The second coordinate is the value of y.
Starting where your pencil stopped after finding x, move up if the y
value is positive and down if the y value is negative.
