Application form – CBS Sustainability Platform
Please read the short paragraph in the individual boxes to make sure you meet all the criteria. Please make
the sustainability angle explicit in the project title and throughout the application.
Upon termination, initiatives supported by the Sustainability Platform are required to submit a short report
documenting project activities and deliverables. When relevant, i.e. in relation to a workshop, conference,
and fieldwork, we ask you to submit 5-10 high-resolution pictures documenting your activities.
The report may be published in the Sustainability Platform’s newsletter, CBS Sustainability. You will be
notified if so.
The application should be no more than 5 pages.

calendar invitation in Microsoft
Outlook with deadline(s) for the
different parts of the project, so
we can follow the progress.
