Enjoy Sumptuous Feasts During Mid-Autumn Festival at

for the festive season
(Macao, Aug. 28, 2014) – Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on Sept. 8 this year, is a time to
unite with family and friends around a delicious feast according to Chinese tradition. The
Venetian® Macao, Sands® Cotai Central and Sands® Macao are offering a delectable
selection of special menus around the festive period for their guests to celebrate this
important ancient Chinese festival together with their loved ones under a bright full moon – a
traditional symbol of reunion.
Cotai Strip Resorts Macao
North: Featured in Hong Kong Tatler’s Best Restaurants 2014 and recipient of Wine
Spectator magazine’s 2014 Best of Award of Excellence, North at The Venetian Macao
bedecked in beautiful traditional wood panel décor specialises in northern Chinese cuisine.
The limited-edition Mid-Autumn Festival à la carte menu available Sept. 1-10 serves mouthwatering offerings starting at MOP 88*, and includes Northern style moon cakes with minced
pork; homemade salted duck; duck and dried bamboo shoot soup; braised pork knuckle with
Sichuan chilli sauce; sea cucumber with spicy mince pork sauce; and “lion’s head”
(oversized pork meatball) with abalone, a northern casserole specialty. The menu is also

exquisite Cantonese cuisine, and is also featured in Hong Kong Tatler’s Best Restaurants

Two unique nine-course Mid-Autumn Festival special menus, each costing MOP 800* per
person or MOP 1,000* per person, are available Aug. 30-Sept. 10, and include delectable
offerings like braised abalone and sea cucumber in oyster sauce; stir-fried Wagyu beef and
asparagus with pickle chilli; doubled boiled fish maw, matsutake and abalone soup; and
glutinous rice dumplings with red bean paste served with moon cake with sweetened lotus
