PRODUCTS:

Buffing Wheels: 100% Cotton cloth for consistent performance. Tight looped orange stitching for longer life
with less potential for separation of layers. Combed for easier compound application. All buffs must be used
with a compound.
o Spiral sewn: Used for coarse cutting action. Orange stitching is in a spiral pattern, ¼” spaced between
the rows of stitching, beginning at the arbor hole. Available in 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” diameters and 4”
mandrel-mounted wheels, generally ½” thick.
o
Cushion sewn: Used for light cutting and polishing. Available in 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” diameters and 4”
Mandrel-mounted wheels. This wheel provides a resilient, cushioned effect when in use. These wheels
are held together by concentric circles of orange sewing. Generally, ½” thick.

Flannel: Used for final polishing and for precious metals. Available in 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” diameters and 4”
mandrel mounted wheel. This wheel is recommended for all final coloring operations.

Compounds: Our compounds are made with high grade minerals, contain no fillers and have a high
percentage of quality abrasive. This provides the best results the first time. Each compound is conveniently color
coded and is specifically formulated to produce superior results for specific applications. Now available in clam
packs!
o Emery – E5 (black) – This compound is very aggressive, resembling that of a flexible grinding wheel.
With coarse buffing, it can remove scratches, rust, corrosion and burrs from iron, steel and other hard
metals.
o Tripoli – TC6 (brown) – A Natural Abrasive that removes surface imperfections from all base metals and
plastics. Used for general cutting and preliminary coloring operations. This is a good compound for brass,
copper and aluminum.
o Stainless – SCR (gray) – A general purpose composition used to restore the natural luster of ferrous
metals. This is good for cutting down and coloring stainless and other steels, chromium, & nickel.
Provides fast cutting action and good coloring.
o Plastic – PBC (blue) – This is excellent for edge finishing of acrylic sheeting. Restores a clean finish to
solid plastics. It will provide mild cutting and good coloring action on plastics.
o White Rouge – WR1 (white) – This rouge will not discolor, is clean and greaseless. Restores a natural
luster to non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. Also can be used on plastics. Produces a brilliant highgloss finish.
o Green Rouge – GRN (green) – This compound brilliantly finishes all metals, particularly ferrous metals
and is excellent for honing. The best and safest use of this compound would be with a Flannel buff.
Excellent for final coloring of any material.
o Jewelers Rouge – JR1 (red) –A premium composition for the finest finish on gold, silver, and other
precious metals. Skillful buffing with a flannel buff will bring out the beauty of any metal.

Nyalox: The original abrasive nylon brushes. Available in three color coded grits: gray is 80 grit, orange is 120
grit and blue is 240 grit. Aluminum oxide is infused throughout the entire bristle. Maintains shape, will not rust,
does not shed bristles, safer to use than wire brushes and will not puncture skin. Lasts up to10X longer than
traditional wire brushes. 1/4” Mandrel mounted or now available with 5/8-11 thread for angle grinders.
