is to be treated as a responsible citizen.
Prior to any medical surgery, he must
be informed precisely and fully about all
risks of the forthcoming surgery and he
must give his consent, freely and indepen-
dently. The duty of information and consent must also be applied in case of vaccinations. Therefore, mass vaccinations
and forced vaccinations are per se a problem for democracy. In today’s world, so
much trust has been ruined in innumer-
able areas that this need not happen in
the public health sector, too. A thorough
clarification about the risks of a pandemic is the order of the day. Barbara Minton and Jane Burgermeister have started

WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to
Commit Mass Murder

As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest
crime in the history of humanity is underway.
Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World
Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit
mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is
being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology
of Austria for producing contaminated bird
flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act
to cause and profit from a pandemic.
Summary of claims and allegations filed
with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009
In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of US law by a group operating within the US under the direction of international
bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as
well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a
mass genocide against the US population by
use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This
group has annexed high government offices
in the US

“Swine flu” never detected in animals
Statement of the OIE (World Organization for Animal Health
Paris, 27 April 2009 – A virus circulating in
Mexico and the USA and involving person
to person transmission appears to cause
in some cases severe disease in certain
people infected by this virus. There is no
evidence that this virus is transmitted by
food.
It is not a classical human influenza
virus called seasonal influenza, which
causes every year millions of human cases
of influenza worldwide but a virus which
includes in its characteristics swine, avian
and human virus components.
No current information in influenza like animal disease in Mexico or the
USA could support a link between human
cases and possible animal cases including swine. The virus has not been isolated in animals to date. Therefore, it is not
justified to name this disease swine influenza. In the past, many human influenza epidemics with animal origin have
been named using geographic name,
e.g. Spanish influenza or Asiatic influenza, thus it would be logical to call this disease “North-American influenza”.

then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the «bird flu» virus and the «swine
flu virus» in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program

European Medicines Agency (EMEA) is investigating the Austrian branch of the American pharmaceutical company Baxter. It is after pharmacists from the Austrian Orth
who sent vaccination preventing flu to the Czech Republic for testing and this vaccination was found to be infected with a deadly virus of the bird flu (H5N1). (…) Czech
research company Bio-Test (in Konarovice town), testing this critical vaccination on
lab ferrets, was forced to end the testing process after a week and to kill the infected animals. (…) Bio-Test was supposed to test anti-flu vaccination that should serve
Europeans during the next flu season. The researchers admit that a situation like this
never happened in the Czech Rep before. (…) Vaccine material contaminated with
the bird flu was tested not only in Austria, but also in the Czech Republic, Germany
and Slovenia. Everywhere, the same problem was observed, said Michael Vit (chief
hygienist and advisor to the Ministry of Health; ed.)

Burgermeister’s charges include evidence
that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter
International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos
of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO
in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in
four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies
themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most
deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.
In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly
most secure biosecurity labs in the world,
did not adhere to the most basic and essential
steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified
as a bioweapon secure and separate from all
other substances under stringent biosecurity
level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed
with the ordinary human flu virus and sent
from its facilities in Orth on the Danube.
In February, when a staff member at Bio–
Test in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the
ferrets died. This incident was not followed
up by any investigation from the WHO, EU,
or Austrian health authorities. There was no
investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

What is to be done,
if we can no longer
trust our “elites”?

Hardly any text published in recent years is
probably of such great importance for a fundamental social and ethical discussion and
orientation like the encyclic Caritas in veritate, presented to the public at the beginning
of July. It offers fundamental orientation,
which is worth reflecting in all areas of life
and all disciplines.
One of the core statements of the encyclical is the thesis that human development is
obstructed by a lack of “love in truth”, a lack
of substantiated morality.
And indeed: Many of today‘s evils have
something to do with a lack of a consistent
ethical inspiration of people’s feeling, thinking and acting. However, this is probably not
so much due to the fact that ethic foundations
are missing, but rather due to the fact that these
ethical foundations are not really considered –
which raises some questions, as for example:
• Why are these foundations ignored?
• Why is the call to respect these foundations so ineffective?
• What is needed for us to respect these
foundations not only in their written form
but also in a way that can determine our
lives?
Answering these three questions alone is a
great task for the human race. However, this
task must urgently be addressed. Mankind
is increasingly confronted with the fact that
convictions and actions which must be called
criminal are to be found not only in the crime
scene where they are prosecuted by the state
or else they are an exception; instead we are
today confronted with the fact that very influential parts of our “elites” in politics, economics and the financial world, in military,
the media and cultural area have become “a
band of thieves”, as the Early Father Augustine expressed it, which trample on justice
without being prosecuted by the state.
Particularly worrying is the fact that the numerous public lies of our “elites” increasingly destroy confidence and call into question
the classic legal maxim of acting “in good
faith”, which is a fundament for our coexistence and cooperation and ensure that people
act decently and fairly.
The concept of “trust, but verify” up to
“moral terror” is no perspective and also no convincing alternative to the once destroyed confidence. A turn to the better certainly requires an
internal orientation towards humane ethics.
How much confidence has already been
destroyed can be shown by a few contemporary examples:
• Numerous investigations rightly point to
the fact that the devastating effects of the
worldwide financial crisis are to some degree the result of a confidence crisis. The
respective actions are not overt and therefore many lost their credibility.
What is true for the financial world is
also true for other fields: Other “elites”
also lost their “credibility” – however, they
have not yet drawn the necessary conclusions. Germany, for example, is witnessing a Bundestag election campaign, which
conveys the impression that the parties’
leading politicians have not yet noticed
their loss of credibility and/or continue to
stick to power nevertheless. It is not an isolated event, as Spiegel Online reports on
12 August of an election campaign scene
of the SPD’s leading candidate Steinmeier: “He sat down with his comrades, with
the local intellectuals, the journalists. With
ordinary people, however, he did not speak
a word.”

In answer to parliamentary questions on
20 May, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois
Stoger, revealed that the incident had been
handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should
have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to
the lab for a brief inspection.
Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step
for triggering a pandemic that would allow
the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She
lists the laws and decrees that would allow
the UN and WHO to take over the United
States in the event of pandemic. In addition,
legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in
the US under conditions of pandemic declaration.
She charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie
that there is no natural virus out there that
poses a threat to the population. She presents
evidence leading to the belief that the bird
flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been
bioengineered in laboratories using funding
supplied by the WHO and other government
agencies, among others. This “swine flu” is a
hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and
part bird flu, something that can only come
from laboratories according to many experts.
WHO’s claim that this “swine flu” is
spreading and a pandemic must be declared
ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses
that were released were created and released
with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in
the first place. In addition, the symptoms of
the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common
cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death
anymore often than the regular flu causes
death.

sistent and there is no clarity as to how the
number of “deaths” has been documented.
There is no pandemic potential unless mass
vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the
flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are
specifically designed to cause death.
Profits and scare tactics
The term “swine flu” as well as the term
“avian flu” sums up misleading but obviously successful attempts of some pharmaceutical companies to increase their
sales opportunities for new vaccinations and doubtful flu medicines. However, some politicians, specialist institutes
and the media profit from this fabrication and palter with the people’s fears
for their own benefit. The current debate on financing the flu vaccination and
the public call for tax money by a couple
of health insurances go along the same
lines.
The pharmaceutical industry shows
that it has already known how public attention can be drawn to specific issues.
Now it is demonstrating that a “swine flu
from Mexico” is perceived notably more
than the ordinary annual “flu epidemic”.

The people of the US will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are
forced to take this unproven vaccine without

State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the
International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.
In the US since 2008, Burgermeister
charges that those named in her allegations
have implemented new and/or accelerated the
implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the US of their
lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injec-
tion. These people have created or allowed
provisions to remain in place that make it
a criminal act to refuse to take an injection
against pandemic viruses. They have imposed
other excessive and cruel penalties such as
imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA
camps while barring the citizens of the US
from claiming compensation from injury or
death from the forced injections. This is in
violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of
the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through
these actions, the named defendants have laid
the groundwork for mass genocide.
Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of
the US population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive
network of FEMA concentration camps and
identified mass grave sites, and they have
been involved in devising and implementing
a scheme to hand power over the US to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN
and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering
influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.
She further charges that the complex of
pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a
foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal
syndicate and designed to implement mass
murder to reduce the world’s population by

we are facing a complete breakdown of
law and a fundamental attack on human
rights to life and good health. In addition,

extent: Under the pretext to protect health ,
the health of the people is consciously and
intentionally damaged.
Nevertheless: It is a good sign that all this and
even more is brought forward to the public,
that evermore people are unwilling to keep
their silence about such occurrences but voice
their troubled conscience publicly. Moreover,
it is an even clearer sign of a changing world
that an institution of worldwide significance
as the Roman-Catholic church and the Pope
submit the initially mentioned encyclic Caritas in veritate. The dominant bands of thieves
have gone beyond the pale. There is much to
be said about their having reached the dead
end. Human nature cannot be corrupted in the
long term. To put it differently, let me quote
a famous sentence: “You can fool some people sometimes, but you can‘t fool all the people all the time”.
How can we be successful in preventing
that the path towards a better world will not
claim more victims besides the numerous
victims that this dead end road has already
claimed? Finding answers to this question is
another task for mankind. Every one of us
can do a first step. More than 200 years ago
Immanuel Kant said “Dare to know”! With
our knowledge today, we must add: Dare
to stand by your dignity as a fellow citizen
and by your conscience. Study, how the peoples of the world in their pursuit of freedom,
equality and solidarity, of self-determination
and sovereignty have conceived of feasible
ways and continue to do so.

During the smallpox hysteria three years
ago, the Bush administration prompted
Republican Congressmen to adopt a paragraph for the draft law for the Homeland Security acquitting the pharmaceutical companies from any responsibility for
the pharmaceuticals produced by them.
The draft law would also grant them immunity, especially to those pharmaceutical companies producing vaccine against
smallpox.
The Nuremberg protection of human
rights with experiments is repealed
Now the Bush administration tries to extend this immunity for pharmaceutical
companies by taking advantage of a climate of anxiety considering the avian flu.
In his address to the National Institute of
Health of 1 November, the President sug-
gested to completely acquit all producers
of pharmaceuticals from the possibility to
suit them by law for their products. For
this project, he explicitly used the words
“liability protection for the makers of
lifesaving vaccines”. If you clear this announcement from the harmlessly sounding sophisticated rhetoric, it does not
mean anything else than: The producers
of pharmaceuticals can produce and sell
whatever they want to palm off on the
people, be it Vistide, Tamiflu or Thaliodomid without having to fear legal consequences.

In her view, control of the media by the
ruling elite has allowed the world crime syndicate to further its agenda unabated while
the rest of the people remain in the dark about
what is really going on. Her charges are an
attempt to get around this media control and
bring the truth to light.
Pigs are not the origin

pig flu viruses,” said Andrew Rambaut, a University of Edinburgh viral
geneticist. “Why it (the virus, ed.)
has emerged in humans is anyone’s
guess. It hasn’t been seen before in
pigs as far as I know.”

Bernard Debré thinks that the whole matter
is exaggerated.
Le Journal du Dimanche: You are one of
those who think that there is too much fuzz
about the A-H1N1 flu. But can there be a
“too much” if the purpose is to check a pandemic?
Bernard Debré: This flu is not dangerous. We
have become aware that it is possibly even
a little less dangerous than the seasonal flu.

of the bird flu-campaign of the
WHO 2005/2006 changed subsequently to the Pharma-Group Novartis, which right now would like
to bring ”Optaflu”, the new influenza-vaccine against the swine flu,
on the market. Stöhr had already
managed with the bird flu to sell a
non-existing illness for humans so,
that billions of taxpayers’ money
were spent on medication. It then
did not matter that the ”bird flu”
did not exist at all for humans and
that therefore the stashed medicaments even were not tested clinically for this application with humans.
Now Novartis aims for a purchase
guarantee for its recent authorized
”Optaflu”-vaccine.

Aren’t you exaggerating a little?
This type of flu has been expected and caused
a lot of fear. We all remembered the phenomenon of the bird flu H5N1 which was very
dangerous with a mortality rate of 60-65%,
but not infectious because it could not cross
the species barrier. We feared a new combination of genes which could have produced a
very virulent and infectious virus. This lottery has taken place. However, it has produced a good number: H1N1. We were scared
of a Jack of Spades, but we got a Queen of
Hearts…
After the incidents in Mexico, states had to
react…
In Mexico, the flu caused deaths after it had
just broken out. As with all new illnesses
against which the body has not yet developed a defense, mainly young people and
less young, but somewhat handicapped, underfed und weakened people were affected…
All measures were taken to develop a vaccine quickly, isolate the sick and follow the
daily statistics … This is a life-size drill for
the medical army of a state which takes to the
defense against an evil which one day might
appear. But one day it will be time to stop
the drill.
Why stop it now when the war is announced
for the fall season?
All we do serves the only purpose of producing fear. Yes, this flu is spreading very
fast. So what? One sick person infects two or
three others while only one is infected with
the classical flu. Still it is ‘Grippchen’ (dwarf
flu), not an Ebola or a Marburg… Besides,
I have noticed that the public offices, without declaring it publicly, have already started to switch back by one gear. The sick – it
is no longer checked if they have H1N1 or
just a simple cold – are now told to take Paracetamol.

worldwide with the infection rate currently reaching its peak in the Southern Hemisphere. These figures say a lot. Of course, this
virus could mutate and become virulent. But
the majority of virologists do not share this
point of view at the moment… Let us assume

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter
reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America
Criticism on the unprecedented vaccination campaign also comes from
the Länder. ”If the course of the
swine flu stays as harmless as it has
been so far, a mass vaccination program would not be justifiable”, says
Matthias Gruhl, head of the Health
Department in Bremen and responsible for the pandemic plan.
A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has
been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.
(…) It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain
disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by
the vaccine. (..) The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the
first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself

Preparations for
mandatory vaccinations in the US
1946: US Public Health Service was established and EO 9708 (Executive Order)
was signed, listing the communicable diseases where quarantines could be used.
1946 and 2003, cholera, diphtheria, TB,
typhoid, smallpox, yellow fever, & viral
hemorrhagic fevers were added.
April 4, 2003: EO 13295 added SARS
to the list.
April 1, 2005: EO 13295 added “Influenza caused by novel or re-emergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a
pandemic.”

HHS the power to quarantine, his or

The NIH was given authority to
speed approval of drugs and vaccines.
Emergency approval of a “fast tracked”

the regular course of safety testing.
December 17, 2006: Division E: The
Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act was added as an addendum to Defense Appropriations Bill HR
2863 at 11:20p on Saturday night, long
after House Committee members had
signed off on the bill and gone home
for the holidays. Section (b)(1)states:
The Secretary of HHS can make a
determination that a “disease, health
condition or threat” constitutes a public health emergency. He or she may
then recommend “the manufacture,
testing, development, administration,
or use of one or more covered counter
measures…” A covered countermeasure defined as a “pandemic product,
vaccine or drug.”
Division E also provides complete liability protection for all drugs, vaccines
or biological products deemed a “covered countermeasure” and used for an
outbreak of any kind.
Complete liability protection has
been given to drug companies for any
product used for any public health
emergency declared by Sec of HHS.
Pharma is now protected from all
accountability, unless “criminal intent
to do harm” can be proven by the injured party. They are protected from liability even if they know the drug will
be harmful.

WHO Is Planning Human Experiments
on a Large Scale

Hardly anyone has it, hardly anyone suffers
more than a few days from it and [nearly] nobody dies from it: so far there have been 429
deaths among a world population of 6.75 billion humans. Yet, the WHO has rated the socalled “swine flu” as “unstoppable” and declared on June 11, 2009 the highest pandemic
warning level of 6. Why? There is only one
explanation for this: “SAGE”. Searching for
this acronym under Google News of July 13,
2009, there is not a single news article in German language. But the WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on immunization has released a “recommendation for
vaccination” which is hard to top with respect
to unscrupulousness. The SAGE on immunization is the group that cooks up the “vaccination recommendations” of the WHO. In
this group, WHO vaccine experts from all
over the world harmoniously sit together with
representatives of the pharmaceutics industry
and debate worldwide vaccination campaigns
like the one against the swine flu phantom. Of
course, “to avoid conflicts of interests”, the
industry representatives have only consulting
status, but this is just window-dressing.
It is a fact that the WHO designs its vaccination recommendations in full view of the
pharmaceutics industry and nobody can figure out the unbelievable interconnections between the SAGE members and the pharmaceutics groups represented in the meetings.
For example, nobody can prevent SAGE
members from owning, directly or indirect-
ly, shares of the manufacturers whose vaccines and flu medicines they want to force
onto everybody – or into everybody’s arms,
to be precise.

Legal Immunity for Pharmaceutical Industry
The US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, has just signed a decree granting vaccine makers total legal immunity from any lawsuits that result from any
new “Swine Flu” vaccine. Moreover, the $7
billion US Government fast-track program to
rush vaccines onto the market is being done
without even normal safety testing.
The mass vaccinations are to be carried out
predominantly for pregnant women and children. So far, neither the WHO nor the CDC
or any other scientific body has demonstrated required scientific proof for the existence
of the alleged H1N1 Influenza A new virus.
The decree by the Department of Health and
Human Services grants immunity to those
making a “swine flu” vaccine, under the provisions of a 2006 law for public health emergencies. Background: The last time the US
Government faced a new “swine flu” virus
was in 1976. There was a national vaccination campaign in which thousands later filed
claims contending they suffered side effects
from the shots. Federal officials vaccinated 40 million Americans during a national
campaign. A pandemic never materialized,
but thousands who got the shots filed injury
claims, as they contracted a paralyzing condition called Guillain-Barre Syndrome or other
side effects. At least 25 people died after receiving the vaccine and 500 developed Guillain-Barre syndrome, an inflammation of the
nervous system which can cause paralysis
and be fatal.
In the end, the 1976 Swine Flu vaccine
proved far worse than the disease. This time,

any possible legal remedy should thousands
of US citizens suffer severe complications as
a result of being given untested vaccines.
The WHO in Geneva, on recommendation
of the WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group on
Immunizations (SAGE), declared the “Swine
Flu” Pandemic, so that automatic emergency health response programs could be activated all over the world. But who is WHO’s
SAGE group?
Its Chairman since 2005 has been the UK
Director of Immunization at the British Department of Health, Dr David Salisbury. In
the 1980’s Salisbury reportedly drew major
fire for backing a massive vaccination of children with a multiple MMR vaccine manufactured by the predecessor company of GlaxoSmithKline. That vaccine was pulled off the
market in Japan after significant numbers of
children developed adverse reactions to the
vaccine and the Japanese government was
forced to pay significant compensation to the
victims. In Sweden, the vaccine was removed
from the market. Apparently, that had little
impact on WHO-SAGE chairman Salisbury.
In Canada, all MMR vaccines containing the
Urabe strain of viruses were also withdrawn.
This was before these vaccines were licensed
by the Department of Health for use in the
UK. According to one independent UK investigator, Alan Golding, “Smith-Kline-French,
the pharmaceutical company who became
Smith-Kline-Beecham and were involved in
UK manufacture at that time, were concerned
about these safety issues and were reluctant
to obtain a UK license for their Urabe-containing vaccines. As a result of their ‘concern’, that children could be severely harmed
by one of their products, they requested that
the UK government indemnify them against
possible legal action that might be taken as
a result of ‘losses’ associated with the vaccine, which by then was known to carry significant risk to health. The UK government,
advised by Professor Salisbury agreed to this
request.”
Today the same Dr Salisbury is advocating
global proliferation of untested H1N1 vaccines, also manufactured by the same firm,
now called GlaxoSmithKline. The situation
today is even worse. Now that the Obama Administration has signed a document of immu-
nity from legal prosecution, the FDA in the
United States and UK health authorities have
decided to let Big Pharma put vaccine products onto the market before any tests of the
possible harmful side effects of the vaccines
are even known.
Curiously enough, a full year before any
reported case of the current alleged H1N1,
the major pharmaceutical company, Baxter,
filed for a patent for H1N1 vaccine (Baxter
Vaccine Patent Application US 2009/0060950
A1). The application states, “Suitable adjuvants can be selected from mineral gels, aluminium hydroxide, surface active substances, lysolecithin, pluronic polyols, polyanions
or oil emulsions such as water in oil or oil
in water, or a combination thereof. Of course
the selection of the adjuvant depends on the
intended use. E.g. toxicity may depend on the
destined subject organism and can vary from
no toxicity to high toxicity.” This means that
there is no legal liability.

British Nurses refuse to have the swine flu vaccination
A third of nurses will refuse to have the swine flu jab
Up to a third of nurses will say no to the
swine flu jab because of concerns over its
safety, a poll has found.
NHS workers are first in line for the vaccine, but a survey of 1,500 nurses found many
will reject it.
Last night a Government scientist condemned the results saying nurses who do not
have the jab are putting patients at risk.
Nevertheless the poll, by Nursing Times
magazine, will raise questions over the Government‘s planned mass vaccination programme.
Of 1,500 readers, 30 per cent would not
say yes to the vaccine, while 33 per cent said
maybe. Just 37 per cent said they would definitely have the jab.
Of those who said they would refuse the
jab, 60 per cent said their main reason was
concern about the safety of the vaccine.
A further 31 per cent said they did not consider the risks to their health from swine flu
to be great enough, while 9 per cent thought
they would not be able to take time off work
to get immunised.
Some 91 per cent described themselves as
frontline nurses.
One told the magazine: “I would not be
willing to put myself at risk of unknown
long-term effects to facilitate a short-term
solution.”
Another added: “I have yet to be convinced
there is a genuine health risk and it‘s not just
Government propaganda.”
The jab, currently being fast tracked, will
not be fully tested before it is administered.
There will be no tests at all carried out on
children under three, even though babies and
children at high risk will be among the first
to get the vaccine.
There are also concerns the jab can cause
Guillain Barre Syndrome, which can lead to
paralysis and even death.
A mass swine flu vaccination in the U.S.
in 1976 caused far more deaths than the
disease it was designed to combat and the
Health Protection Agency watchdog has
asked doctors to be on the lookout for cases
of GBS.
Last week Chief Medical Officer Sir Liam
Donaldson announced the jab will be given to
high-risk groups with asthma or diabetes, as
well as health workers.
Some 14million will be covered by the first
wave of the vaccination programme.

98. The Austrian police have launched an investigation into the incident that almost triggered a global pandemic. The mixture of the
deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is classified as one of the most
deadly bioweapons in the world with a mortality rate of 63 per cent.
99. So, with the Baxter incident in Austria,
there is proof that Baxter not only created the
disease producing microorganisms with help
from WHO, but also distributed them in large
quantities to trigger a pandemic, while positioning themselves to produce the vaccine allegedly to ”protect” against the virus they created and released, but which,so it is alleged, is
actually a disguised way of spreading the biological agent and creating a pandemic.
100. In criminal charges filed against Baxter on
April 8th, 2009 at the Vienna City Prosecutor’s
office, Landesgerichtstr 11, 1080 Vienna, Austria by Jane Burgermeister, a resident of Vienna,
Austria, it was alleged that Baxter unlawfully,
wilfully and knowingly, in the period between
December 2008 and February 2009, employed
manipulative and deceptive devices and contrivances in violation of national and international laws on the manufacturing, possession, release and dissemination of biological weapons
of mass destruction and on organised crime, to
manufacture and distribute a biological agent
that is classified as a bioweapon among the population in order to profit from the pandemic.
103. The 72 kilograms of contaminated vaccine
material contained a mixture of a seasonal H3N2
human influenza virus and the deadly bird flu
H5N1 virus. By adding a virus of the type H5N1
to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, The
H5N1 virus is restricted in its human-to-human
transmissibility, especially because it is less airborne. However, when it is combined with seasonal flu viruses, which are airborne and easily
spread, a new bioweapon is created.
104. Second, Baxter distributed via Avir this
contaminated vaccines using false concealment and a false label to 16 laboratories in
Austria and in other countries at the end of
January/beginning of February, potentially
infecting at least 36-37 laboratory staff, who
had had to be treated preventively for bird flu
and ordinary flu in hospital.
105. A total of 18 laboratory staff belonging
to Avir had to undergo preventative treatment for the bird flu and ordinary flu at the
Otto Wagner Hospital in Vienna on February,
9th, 2009, because of their exposure as part
of their work to the highly pathogenic bird
flu virus.
106. This indicates that, in the opinion of medical experts, there was a risk that the staff of
Avir had contracted bird flu, and, unknowingly, acted as carriers of a pandemic virus into the
population of a densely built up Vienna city district and in winter time.
107. The material was only discovered when
staff working for Bio-Test (in Konarovice in
the Czech Republic), tested the vaccination
on ferrets, who then died.
108. Bio-Test was supposed to test anti-flu vaccination thatshould serve Europeans during the
next flu season, and the labels on the material
sent to them from Baxter via Avir gave no indication of the lethal contents.
109. The 13 Bio-Test staff were treated with
Tamiflu and were placed in quarantine for fear
they had been contaminated with the bird flu
virus, which is on the list of the possible biological weapons and one of the most dangerous biological agents on the Earth with more
than 60% death rate.
120. Subsequently the same problem of the
Baxter vaccine contamination with H5N1 was
found in the laboratories in Slovenia, Austria
and Germany, who had received the material
from Baxter.
121. First the company Baxter evoked the

clear whether it was in fact the pure H5N1 or
contaminated vaccine.
123. The Austrian Health Minister Alois Stöger
confirmed on May 20th 2009 that the 72 kilograms of contaminated vaccine material has
been destroyed, but no information has been
released as to the genetic sequences of the contaminated material or what Clade was Baxter‘s H5N1 vaccine from, whether from Clade 1?

124. Therefore, it is not possible to know
whether H5N1 resembles the strains circulating in waterfowl. Was the contaminated H5N1
strain genetically engineered? If so, by whom?

full set of influenza genes? Or was it just the
hemaglutanin and neuraminidase? Did Baxter‘s

samples of experimental vaccine material not
irradiated?

produce simple reassortment but a complex in
vivo recombination of many competing strains
in the infected host.

“It‘s emerged that virulent H5N1 bird flu
was sent out by accident from an Austrian lab
last year and given to ferrets in the Czech Republic before anyone realised. As well as the
risk of it escaping into the wild, the H5N1 got
mixed with a human strain, which might have

Last December, the Austrian branch of US
vaccine company Baxter sent a batch of ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it couldn›t
replicate, to Avir Green Hills Biotechnology,

Republic working for Avir alerted Baxter that,
unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with the sample had died. It turned out the sample contained live H5N1, which Baxter uses to make
vaccine. The two seem to have been mixed in

Markus Reinhard of Baxter says no one was
infected because the H3N2 was handled at a
high level of containment. But Ab Osterhaus of
Erasmus University in the Netherlands says: ‘We
need to go to great lengths to make sure this
kind of thing doesn›t happen.‘
Accidental release of a mixture of live H5N1
and H3N2 viruses could have resulted in dire
consequences.“
130. It needs to be stressed that the bird flu
virus was developed in US military laboratories from 1995 onwards by researchers who reconstructed the genetic code of the Spanish
Flu pandemic virus of 1918-1919.
131. So, using the argument that they need to
find an antidote to the lethal bird flu virus, researchers have actually resurrected this lethal
bird flu virus and created the danger in the
first place, and with funds provided by organisations such as WHO.
132. “Reviving the Spanish Flu virus is a recipe
for a catastrophe. It could put any attack using
anthrax or the plague in the shade,“ said Jan
van Aken, head of the German section of the
Sunshine Project.
133. In the summer of 2008, US researchers
found that this newly reconstructed lethal
bird flu virus could be mixed with ordinary
human flu virus in laboratory conditions and
so, in theory, could acquire easy human-tohuman transmissibility.
134. It was precisely this very virus, a mix of
a lethal H5N1 bird flu virus and an ordinary
human flu H3N2 virus that Baxter manufactured in its laboratory in Orth/Donau in December 2008, and then distributed via Avir to
16 laboratories in Austria and abroad employing fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Canadian Press explains the issue:

136. It was alleged in the criminal charges filed
against Baxter in Austria that the “bird flu” incident was an attempt by international corporate criminal syndicate to release coinfected
H5N1 and H3N2 material upon the world population, provoke a pandemic using vaccination
against the flu to spread the disease as happened with the anti-B hepatitis when vaccinations contained the HIV virus in US – and then
cash in on the demand for vaccines against the
bird flu which Baxter develops.
137. Moreover, it has been alleged that the
specific production system which Baxter has
developed with help of US government bodies for producing a human vaccination to the
bird flu – namely, the use of 1,200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology – could meet
the technical criteria to be classified as a secret
dual purpose large-scale bioweapon production facility in as far as the production process
would allow a huge amount of contaminated
vaccine material to be produced rapidly.
138. Vero cells are a continuous cell line derived from epithelial cells of the African green
monkey kidney used to make live polio vaccines and also to promote the spread of
AIDS.

the population using false labels and secretly
marked batches and so infect millions of people in a way as to delay the reaction or over
two doses.
Such vaccine material would kill thousands
if not hundreds of thousands of people under
the cover of a prophylactic measure against a
pandemic created by, and spread, by Baxter.
Imagine the potential for disaster if even
one batch was infected and distributed to
thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of
people, who would not only become ill themselves but also act as incubators of a new more
lethal virus.

144. It has been contended that the motivation for releasing this pandemic virus is one
of classic robbery; if one arm of the international crime syndicate, after installing a covert bioweapon facility, releases a global pandemic virus, then the other financial arm of
this same international crime syndicate can

as well as get greater control of the natural
assets of any country, including water and agricultural land, natural assets that are increasingly valuable as global warming bites.
145. There are reasonable grounds for believing there are financial and social connections with the incoming administration
as Baxter because ist executives are based
near Chicago, the political base of President
Obama, and Baxter has contributed to political parties.
146. It is clear that Baxter stands to benefit
financially from the outbreak of a pandemic through a contaminated season influenza
vaccine in late 2009, and that the shareholders
will profit directly from this boost.
147. It has been reported that President
Obama holds shares in Baxter.
148. Certainly, Baxter is guaranteed substantial direct profits from their triggering a bird
flu pandemic from their contract sealed in
2006 with the Austrian Health Ministry, led
by then Health Minister Maria Rauch-Kallat,
to supply 16 million vaccine shots in the event
of a bird flu pandemic being declared in Austria alone.
149. Baxter also has the contract to supply
the swine flu vaccine for the Austrian government in spite of its role in releasing pandemic material this winter.
Baxter has contracts with WHO to supply
huge quantities of vaccines.
150. However, upfront profits from sales
of vaccines are just one part of the profit
that the organised corporate crime syndicate, comprised also of banks, will obtain as
mentioned.
If millions, if not billions, of people were
to die as a result of a pandemic virus and/
or contaminated inoculations, then their assets, their savings, their houses, apartments,
farms and companies would be easy to acquire by a crime syndicate that has infiltrated and annexed key government offices.

“No” to more state regulations: Why decree something to
everybody when only single persons are concerned?

To come to the point: We do need neither a
new prevention law nor a prevention institute.
It is the concern of the Swiss Trade Association sgv and the AWMP (Alliance for a Moderate Prevention Policy), organized therein, to
announce our decided resistance against the
message announced for autumn 2009 at an
early stage. If the parliament decides to join
in, the referendum would have to be launched
against this unnecessary patronizing of the
whole economy and population. Let me briefly justify our opposition.
Check a possible referendum
As the largest umbrella organization of Swiss
economy, the sgv represents 280 federations
and about 300,000 enterprises. In accordance
with its strategy, its main topic in 2008 is the
SME (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) politics, i.e. the establishment of optimal
basic conditions for our SMEs. In plain English, this means that the sgv above all champions the dismantling of rules and regulations,
the lowering of fees, social security contributions and taxes as well as the fight against
consumer and advertising prohibitions.
To put it another way: We generally demand
the reduction of legal standards and decrees
and commit ourselves for an administrative
relief of the SMEs. It is obvious: The suggested prevention law – including the planned
prevention institute – are in sharp contrast to
our strategy and are thus clearly rejected by
the sgv. In view of today’s high density of
regulations we have to set particularly strict
standards with new legal decrees; we have to
raise our standards and, in case of doubt, we
will have to refrain from making it a law.
No unnecessary inflation of
national administration
The Federal Office of Public Health FOPH
could not furnish the proof for the necessity of new legal regulations despite sprawling
attempts to justify them. Moreover, the draft
articles are too general, unclear or even contradictory in some parts. The possibility of
misinterpreting many articles is simple, so
that the door for national interventionism is
wide open and we face the danger of an arbitrary application of the law. Not least, the
SMEs would be the ones to suffer, as they
would face new regulations and/or fiscal and
administrative pressure in their enterprises.
Moreover, this would mean a further inflation
of the administrative body and of para-national organizations, and the radius of action
of the activist FOPH would continue to expand. Furthermore, authority would unnecessarily be shifted from the cantons to the Federation; health prevention has to be tackled
with differently in a small rural canton and
in a major agglomeration.
Finally, I have a hard time accepting the
activism and the “obsessive rule-making” of
the FOPH and of all those “health freaks” in
this country. Last year, the FOPH launched
three national programs within a few months,
which all interfered into the free market economy and substantially restricted personal
freedom: these regulations concerned the use
of alcohol and tobacco as well as recommendations for diet and physical exercise. These
three programs are intended to implement a
new kind of prevention via the “administrative channel”. This happens past the responsible political instances and far overshoots the
mark. And the busy FOPH wants to delight
us with a new prevention law and even with a
Swiss institute for prevention and health promotion as the icing on the cake.
Legal bases are sufficient enough
The existing legal bases are sufficient for a
meaningful, appropriate prevention policy.
Swiss people are in good health on an international level. As the example of the USA
(widespread obesity!) drastically shows, higher expenditures for prevention measures and
more regulations do not necessarily lead to a
better health of the population, but can even
cause the opposite. No legal regulations are
necessary for the protection of children and
young people and the individual early diag-
nosis of diseases, which are both beyond debate. Rather purposeful, effective measures
and no comprehensive actions are required,
which strongly limit the freedom of the entire
population and of the economy with additional, disproportionate regulations and prohibitions. We will primarily have to exhaust the
existing possibilities for high-risk groups and
make good use of existing laws.
Yes to prevention in self-responsibility
Against the backdrop of my comments, I conclude by saying that prevention and health
promotion are to be taken serious. We should
primarily rely on everybody’s self-responsibility. Additional national interventionism
and new comprehensive regulations, however, are to be clearly rejected. No new prevention law and even more no prevention institute are necessary. Both in prevention and
in health promotion it is true that sometimes
less is more.

Moderate Prevention Policy

“Each and every new regulation, each new
law gradually takes away the freedom which
is still left to us“. This quotation is not – as
you may assume - from a valiant right-wing
politician, but from the well-known adventurer and extreme alpinist Evelyne Binsack. She
is indeed right, and her quotation is very timely, because we are about to face new atrocities. Do you care for some recent examples?
• The Federal Office of Public Health (BAG)
would like to stipulate the age of 18 years
as minimum age for the use of solaria.
• The Federal Council wants people who
take care of children to possess a respective license; it is red tape all the way – also
in nurseries.
• The Seco (State Secretariat for Economic Affairs) demands that shops in petrol
stations, which are open 24 hours a day,
should only be allowed to sell coffee and
snacks between 1 and 5 am.
• And on top of this, the Federal Council
would like to gratify us with a new prevention law plus a new state institute – it is
time to step on the brake – timely and decisively. […]
Last year, because of the rampant activism of the BAG in the areas of alcohol, tobacco, diet and physical exercise,
the Alliance of Businessmen for a Mod-
erate Prevention Policy (AWMP) has been
founded under the lead management of
the sgv. This widely supported committee, which consists of about 20 umbrella and line of trade associations, is cooperating closely with conservative parties
as well as the Interessengemeinschaft IG
Freiheit (Community of Interest IG Freedom).
Our basic guiding principles are the following:
• The AWMP clearly opposes new intervention in the free market economy by establishing an even higher density of regulations and further constrictions of the entire
population’s civil rights and liberties. Instead, existing legal regulations have to be
applied and implemented primarily.
• However, the AWMP does not oppose any
kind of prevention. It supports a moderate
prevention policy, which is based on the
principles of personal responsibility and
education and which, above all, appeals to
clearly defined high-risk groups. Special
emphasis has to be given to a strict legal
protection for children and young people.

Switzerland is Needed –
As Mediator, not Military Power
mw. Because of the pressure from certain big
powers, Switzerland is finding itself in an
awkward situation, whereby much more is at
stake than to protect the financial centre. At
stake is the preservation of a state under the
rule of law, the protection of our freedom as
citizen and tax payer, and the protection of
the sovereignty of state.
After the recent considerably strong attacks
such as verbal injuries and contraventions
against current international agreements by “befriended governments”, European and across
the Atlantic, there is a ray of hope in learning
that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton does recall the importance of Switzerland as a neutral
small state and its performance of Good Serv-
ices as well as its humanitarian commitment in
a war-torn and crisis-ridden world. For decades, the US has been represented by Switzerland in Iran, where, amongst others, it did much
for the release of Americans detained there. At
a meeting in Washington D.C. on July 31, 2009
with Swiss Federal Council Ms. Calmy-Rey,
US-Secretary of State did thank “Switzerland
for taking the role of the United States in countries like Iran and, in particular, for its commitment as mediator in many important international matters”.
For the fall season, I strongly urge our
members of parliament in Bern to remember the importance and well-anticipated role
of Switzerland regarding its policy of peace
and to restrain from participating in “Operation Atlanta”, i.e. to send armed Swiss forces
to the Horn of Africa under EU command. A
revision of the armed forces law with the aim
of opening the door even further for a participation in the different war deployments would
torpedo the Swiss peacemaking mission.
“We know that Switzerland does not conduct power politics, that it does not take sides
in our internal differences, nor that it interferes in internal affairs. Switzerland does
not come to us in a military uniform, but as
a friend, mediator, and Red Cross delegate”,
said a guest from the Democratic Republic of
Congo recently.

Zonas metropolitanas:
una estrategia encaminada a la gobernación mundial

Las ciudades y las colectividades locales son
de fundamental importancia para la estrategia de los globalizadores. Bajo la apariencia
de fortalecer las autonomías locales, éstos
planean, a todos los niveles, medidas tendientes a la desintegración de los estados nacionales, con el fin de lograr una gobernación mundial. Una extensa red de conexiones
permite la formación de nuevas estructuras a
nivel local, las que se extienden a organismos
políticos a nivel regional, después continental, para finalmente terminar a nivel global
en una única «esclusa»: el gobierno mundial.
Esa estructura tiene como fin eludir el poder
político de los estados. Esa es la meta de la
institución «Ciudades y gobiernos locales
unidos» (CGLU).
La CGLU resultó de la unión de tres instituciones globales que se ocupaban de los problemas locales: Unión internacional de las
autoridades comunales (IULA por sus siglas
en inglés), Asociación mundial de los estados unidos (FCMU por sus siglas en inglés)
y Metrópolis. La IULA se creó en 1913 y es
la más antigua de las organizaciones globales; su función consiste en fortalecer a las
instituciones locales y representar a las administraciones locales en el ámbito de la urbanización. FCMU, creada en 1957, reúne a
más de 1400 ciudades en más de 80 países,
con el fin de crear redes sobre temas específicos y programas de cooperación sobre temas
como medio ambiente, administración urbana y también apoyar a acciones internacionales. Metrópolis, creada en 1985, reúne en el
mundo a más de 100 ciudades de más de un
millón de habitantes. Esa asociación se ocupa
de problemas específicos de grandes zonas
metropolitanas.
«Autoadministración» comunal

Si bien esas tres organizaciones perduran,
en 2004 se unificaron en París creando la
CGLU, con asiento en Barcelona. Esa organización mundial presidida por el alcalde de
París, Bertrand Delanoë tiene varias secciones. En el caso de Europa, tiene una formación piramidal que se apoya en la carta europea de la autoadministración comunal de
1981, elaborada por el reportero alemán Galette. Esa carta se inspiró en el sistema político alemán. Así, cada país europeo está provisto de un instituto propio para cuestiones
locales, que cada vez más debe corresponder
con las instancias supranacionales de Bruselas que con las autoridades nacionales. Podemos mencionar los ejemplos de Francia,
Asociación Francesa del Consejo de comunidades y regiones de Europa (AFCCRE por
sus siglas en francés) y de Suiza, Asociación
suiza para el Consejo de las comunidades y
regiones de Europa (SVRGRE por sus siglas
en alemán).
Esas diversas organizaciones nacionales
están reunidas en una instancia europea: el
Consejo de las comunas y regiones de Europa (CCRE) fundado en 1951, el que en 2009
será presidido por el alcalde de Viena, Michael Häupl. En los años 1990, el presidente era Valéry Giscard D’Estaing, el padre de
la constitución de la UE, la que fue rechazada por los votos de los ciudadanos franceses
y holandeses, y por ese motivo reemplazada
por el Tratado de Lisboa.

miembros se convertirán en gran mayoría en
reliquias, y en casos especiales, será posible
la pena de muerte.
Con la puesta en vigor del tratado de reforma de la UE, ésta será permitida siempre
que sea necesaria, para reprimir, de acuerdo
con la Ley, una revuelta o insurrección. La
pena de muerte se podrá imponer también
por delictos en tiempos de guerra, o de peligro inminente de guerra. Todo esto fue publicado en letra chica en el boletín oficial de
la UE en las explicaciones de la carta constitucional de la UE, que tendría valor legal
con la puesta en vigor del Tratado de Lisboa.
Ese párrafo parece que nadie lo ha leído. En
el artículo 2 de la nueva carta constitucional figura:
«Queda abolida la pena de muerte. Nadie
podra ser condenado a tal pena ni ejecutado.»
Esto parecía claro – pero en letra chica lo que
aparece son las excepciones.
En esas aclaraciones en letra chica sobre el
Tratado de Lisboa aprobado por el Bundestag
alemán figura que:
«(2) La muerte no se considerará infligida
con infracción del presente artículo cuando se
produzca como consecuencia de un recurso a
la fuerza que sea absolutamente necesario:
a) en defensa de una persona contra una
agresión ilegítima;
b) para detener a una persona conforme a
derecho o para impedir la evasión de un
preso o detenido legalmente;
c) para reprimir, de acuerdo con la Ley,
una revuelta o insurrección.»

Unión Europea, del 14 de diciembre de 2007.
De esa manera, en letra chica, la abolición de
la pena de muerte queda relativizada y anulada.
Según el párrafo citado c), en caso de que
la pena de muerte sea necesaria para reprimir, de acuerdo con la Ley, una revuelta o
insurrección, entonces dentro de la UE, ésta
será posible en el futuro – a pesar de estar
prohibida oficialmente. ¿Lo sabía? En abril
de 2008, con los votos de la Unión, SPD,
FDP y Verdes, el parlamento alemán aprobó,
con dos tercios de mayoría, la transferencia
de la soberanía alemana a favor de la UE,
el Tratado de Lisboa, así como el restablecimiento de la pena de muerte en la UE para
insurrectos incluído en él. En el debate, la
canciller Angela Merkel (CDU) estimó el
tratado de reforma de la UE como un gran
proyecto.
Con la puesta en vigor del Tratado de Lisboa, el gobierno de la UE se convertirá en
un poderoso gobierno central – como en
otra época la Unión Soviética. Las repúbli-
cas en particular, se tornan insignificantes y
deben renunciar a sus propios intereses para
el bien del imperio. Los irlandeses, quienes
contrariamente a los alemanes por lo menos
fueron consultados en un referendo sobre la
reforma de la UE, y sobre la tranferencia de
su soberanía que esta supone, en el referendo de junio de 2008, rechazaron el Tratado de Lisboa, también a causa del restablecimiento de la pena de muerte. En el otoño
de 2009, en Irlanda se realizará una nueva
votación.
Para que todo funcione de acuerdo a lo
planeado, el 18 de marzo en Bruselas los 27
comisarios de la UE acordaron secretamente
un golpe: antes de la votación en Irlanda,
querían romper con varias leyes irlandesas.
Así, a pesar de la prohibición de campañas
propagandísticas en los medios estatales, la
UE llevó a cabo una campaña política de
propaganda en Irlanda por el voto a favor del
Tratado de Lisboa. Ésta fue financiada con
el dinero de los contribuyentes de los ciudadanos de la UE. Para que en la nueva elección en el otoño los irlandeses voten favorablemente, el 18 de marzo en Bruselas, los 27
estados acordaron la compra de votos. Así, los
obispos que en las iglesias prediquen a favor
de la tranferencia de la soberanía irlandesa y
del Tratado de Lisboa, recibirán dinero de los
fondos de la UE. La dirección del parlamento
europeo fue la iniciadora. Ésta dió a conocer
incluso oficialmente, que quería ver corregido el „no“ irlandés lo más rápido posible, incluso presionando directamente a los obispos
irlandeses. A muchos de los comisarios de la
UE, esto les pareció demasiado descarado y
acordaron una compra encubierta de votos. •

ese documento fue redactado por Heinrich
Hoffschulte, presidente de un grupo de trabajo dentro de la ONU, y su función es tener
bajo tutela a todas las corporaciones comunales en el mundo. De hecho, la colaboración
entre las instancias europeas y la ONU es evidente: Heinrich Hoffschulte había sido vicepresidente de CCRE en los años 90 bajo la
presidencia de Valéry Giscard d’Estaing.
Hemos tratado de aclarar el «esqueleto» de
la gobernación local, desde las bases hasta
las más altas esferas. Una línea de conducta común debería regular esta enorme estructura que va en detrimento de los estados, ya
que los hace innecesarios. Toda esa organización acompaña a las actuales turbulencias
políticas y financieras con el fin de erigir un
gobierno mundial con un sistema común de
moneda, bancos, leyes etc. La novela de Aldous Huxley «Un mundo feliz», publicada en
1932, está en camino de convertirse en realidad.

¿Ha abandonado
la SPD los
fundamentos
de la constitución
alemana?
km. En una entrevista realizada en Deutschlandfunk el 21 de agosto con la representante
del presidente de la fracción SPD en el parlamento alemán, Angelica Schwall-Düren, se
llega a la conclusión de que la SPD va a proceder contrariamente a la constitución alemana; contra una verificación del Tribunal
federal constitucional sobre la inconstitucionalidad de leyes de la UE, y en general contra un control de la constitucionalidad de las
leyes de la UE en los estados miembros de
la UE.
A la pregunta de la radioemisora si la fracción CDU-CSU aprobaría que se exija «al gobierno y al presidente poner en claro en la UE
que el Tratado de Lisboa puede tener vigencia sólo bajo las condiciones dictadas por el
Tribunal constitucional», la política respondió: «seguramente no. […] Con nosotros no
habrá ningún tipo de restricción legal, y tampoco vamos a aprobar que se realice un nuevo
proceso de verificación en el Tribunal constitucional. […] Figúrese si los jueces constitucionales de 27 países miembros tuvieran el poder de decidir sobre cada una de las
leyes de la UE – si ellas son competencias de
la UE o no. Entonces se deshacería la UE totalmente. Es justamente una invitación a otros
estados para que consideren qué particularidades exigirían con respecto a los acuerdos
europeos. […] No puede ser que esos acuerdos deban ser ratificados por los parlamentos,
que estén sujetos a una especial interpretación
de los parlamentos nacionales.»
La política de la SPD ignora obviamente
el artículo 20 párrafo 3 de la constitución que
dice: «El dictado de las leyes está sujeto al
órden constitucional […].» Ella pasa por alto
el derecho a la autodeterminación de los pueblos – y con ello, los derechos humanos fundamentales del artículo 1 del pacto internacional de los derechos civiles y políticos.
¿Y con qué propósito?
Evidentemente, la SPD alemana es partidaria de una UE antidemocrática. ¿Como modelo de un gobierno mundial dictatorial?
