Movies At The Mill Easton’s annual film festival is for films of all genres. This year’s event
will exhibit short films only. Filmmakers will compete for cash and gift prizes.

Screening Agreement
The person or company submitting the film is
and will from hereon be referred to as the “filmmaker”.
The filmmaker will be submitting the property known as
,
from hereon referred to as the “film”, for the purpose of screening on Saturday, September 24,
2016 for the film festival titled Movies At The Mill Easton – from hereon referred to as the
“event”.
The filmmaker possesses the right and legal clearances including, but not limited to, talent,
music, or stock footage, to screen the film at the event.
The filmmaker permits Movies At The Mill Easton to use the filmmaker’s likeness, a still image
from the film, the film’s trailer or an excerpt (not to exceed 1 minute) in all media, including but
not limited to print, television, the internet, and mobile devices for the purpose of promoting the
event.
The filmmaker will indemnify Movies At The Mill Easton, City Of Easton, The Mayor’s Office
of Special Events, Igneous Features, Merchants Bank of Bangor, Redevelopement Authority Of
Easton, Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP), and all of their affiliates against any
claims by a third party for lack of clearances to screen the film submitted by the filmmaker.
The filmmaker will provide, along with their submission fee, a dvd and a downloadable vimeo
link of the film. The filmmaker must also complete the technical information form below.
The submission fee for this year’s event is $20.00 (USD). This fee is non refundable and does
not entitle the filmmaker to a place in this year’s event.
All submissions and submission fees should be sent to MME c/o Igneous Features, Inc., PO Box
1055, Easton, PA 18044-1055. Please make checks or money orders in the amount of $20.00 per
submission payable to Igneous Features, Inc. Please indicate “MME 8 submission fee” in the memo
column of your checks. Submission fees can also be paid by credit card at moviesaatthemill.com
The filmmaker understands that screening materials will not be returned.
