Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 basic, OTE £28,000 - £30,000

We are currently seeking University Partnerships and Recruitment Consultants to join our Graduate
Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and keen to develop their career at FDM. There are a multitude of opportunities
to progress within FDM once an individual has demonstrated they are willing to work hard, achieve
results and build strong relationships.

What does the job entail?
You will be working within a motivated and sociable University Partnerships and Recruitment Team,
and be responsible for growing FDM’s relationships with key personnel within the universities we
work with. You must have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work
effectively with both universities from an events perspective, and individual candidates from a
recruitment perspective.

Dedicated to career progression within FDM
Attend career fairs (e.g. at universities) to help promote the programme
Identify opportunities for events and arranging them with the relevant companies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
