July 8-10, 2016 Welcome Coaches, Managers and Teams: The following information is available on our website at www.pcusc.org: THE SCHEDULES ON THE WEBSITE ARE THE OFFICIAL SCHEDULE SO PLEASE CHECK THEM REGULARLY AT WWW.PCUSC.ORG Copy of the Tournament Rules Coach Information Letter Team Contact Sheet - Please fill out prior to check-in and bring with you Maps to the fields o Delta Park, Buckman Fields, Columbia Park, Clark College South Field, and Grant HS Check-in: Early check-in is available on Thursday, July 7th From 10 am to 1 pm at the Buckman Fieldhouse, blue building on the NW corner of the track between Benson HS and Tennis Center, parking lot on corner of NE 15th and Glisan From 4 pm to 8 pm at Tournament Headquarters located next to Strasser Field at Delta Park. Regular check-in, no later than 1 hour prior to your first game: Tournament Headquarters at Delta Park on Friday, June 8th Buckman Field Teams playing their first matches at sites other than Delta Park or Buckman Field must check-in at Tournament Headquarters (Delta Park) prior to their first match. The following items are required at check-in: 1. A medical release form for each player. 2. 5 Copies of your tournament roster, including birth dates and jersey numbers. 3. A state-issued player card for each player on the roster or a roster signed by your club registrar with all of your players listed. Your player cards/signed roster must either be all US Club Soccer cards or USYS cards; you cannot mix cards for one team. (ie. US Club and USYS) 3.
