Hiver was born out of admiration for London’s urban bees and bee keepers.
Hiver is golden straw in colour and opens with an inviting honey aroma
supported by a light roasted maltiness. By using Challenger and UK Cascade
hops sparingly, they contrast with a hint of citrus, bringing depth and balance to
the nose without overpowering the delicate honey esters.
Winner of seven awards, the UBU is a strong, dark beer that is distinctive and
full in flavour with a sweeter finish. Amber-toffee in colour, it combines the
bittering characters of the Northern Brewer hops with aromatic notes from the
exciting American Cascade variety. The Cascade contributes light, orange peel
aromas to the nose, which fight through the richer, malty overtones.

Linda’s favourite drink, a perfect medley of sweet and sour, not shy and clean on the

their stuff during the prohibition era when this cocktail wasinvented.

This is a truly grown up drink – gin, Campari, vermouth rosso, stirred, not shaken, and
finished off with flamingorange, it sets your taste buds in motion.

When we asked around what our customer’s favourite cocktails were, the Old Fashioned
was right up there. This isfor mad men in suits and all others who like a smooth bourbon.
It comes on the rocks with angostura bitters, orangepeel and a maraschino cherry.

We make this classic with Tequila Reposado, Cointreau and fresh lime juice for a pure,
but complex flavour. And ofcourse there’s got to be salt on the glass.
Blackcurrant Mojito – 7.50
We put a “currant” twist on an old classic. Crème de Cassis is paired with the winning
lime, mint and rumcombination that everyone loves for added depth and fruitiness
recommended with brunch
Mimosa – 7.00
Our favourite at brunchtime, this is made from our wonderful Prosecco Spumante,
orange juice and a dash of Cointreau. Goes best with poached eggs and is guaranteed
to pick you up.
Bloody Mary – 7.50
Best between 11am and 11pm. Our bloody Mary is spicy and reinvigorating, we mix it
with our own “blend” of seasoning and add sherry and vodka.

A blend of 40% Grenache Noir, 30% Merlot and 30% Cinsault and packs plenty
of well structured fruit. Earthy aromas of black cherries and tobacco with some
tarry notes. Quite dense in structure on the palate with subtle, smokey flavours
of cassis, vanilla and plums. Fresh and mineral, this is an approachable wine
with a long finish..
