Day 1. October 6, Arrive at park and setup. 4:00 PM Happy Hour with Heavy Hors D’oeuvre’s Bring allot to share
Day 2, October 7, Breakfast on your own. 6:00 AM travel to the Balloon Festival Area, Entrance fees $ (unknown at
this time.)
Mass Ascension, a launch of all the participating balloons have been a feature of Balloon Fiesta since its earliest days and
is the most spectacular display of sound and color in all of aviation, ermitting, balloons begin to launch at about 7:00 AM
on mass ascension days, led by a balloon flying the American flag to the strains of The Star Spangled Banner.
During mass ascensions, balloons launch in two waves. Launch directors, also known as zebras because of their blackand-white-striped outfits, serve as traffic cops, coordinating the launch so balloons leave the field in a safe and
coordinated manner.

Drive over to the Balloon Museum and fly a Balloon yourself with actual 365 degree motion picture as if you were
really flying through the country side. Tues - Sun: 9AM - 5PM Admission: Adults $4.00. Seniors 65, $2.00. Entrance

4:00 PM Happy hour. 6:00 PM Dinner
Day4, 7:00 AM Breakfast, 9:00 AM Morning trip to the Sandia Peak Tramway, It is 10,378 ft. elevation.
A trip on the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway transports you above deep canyons and breathtaking terrain a distance of 2.7
miles. See some of nature’s more dramatic beauty unfold before you. At sunset the desert skies produce a spectacular
array of color, and your vantage point from the observation deck atop 10,378 foot Sandia Peak in the Cibola National
Forest affords an 11,000 square-mile panoramic view of the Rio Grande Valley and at the end of Tramway Road.
Individual rates are $25.00 included. Lunch at a very nice Mexican Restaurant, Lunch on your own.
4:00 PM Happy hour. Dinner at. 6:00 PM (Pot luck dinner.) We will furnish Tri Tip Marinated Roast for the main

Due to the higher prices for this event I will accept a partial payment equal to your registration fee and your RV Space
fee, However the remainder must be paid by August 1, 2017.

No Meal refunds after Sept 15, 2017
All refunds for RV Park after the April 1, 2017 are to be made direct thru the RV Park.
Fees Includes: Four nights full hookups at your RV Space. 3 Breakfast And 3 dinners includes a Pot Luck dinner, we will
furnish the main course to include Marinated Tri Tip Roast, Admission to the International Balloon Museum and
admission to the Sandia Peak Tramway. Coffee and Tea for every breakfast. Trip gift. Wine will be furnished at all Happy
Hours as well as water. All Knives, Forks, Cups, wine glasses, dinner plates will be provided.
Fees not included: Entrance to the balloon launch area. Parking fees. Personal expenses.

Other possible attractions in the Albuquerque area if time allows include: Explore Science Center & Children’s Museum,
Albuquerque Biological Park, National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, New Mexico Museum of Natural History
& Science, Petroglyph National Monument, Unser Racing Museum, American International Rattlesnake Museum, City
Tours, etc.
