Dear Educator- Thanks so much for volunteering your time to help

Dear EducatorThanks so much for volunteering your time to help the Children and Youth Learning Initiative
encourage more Allegany county students to attend college. We have designed this brief packet of
information to include a pair of web forms that are very important for the success of your presentation:
The first is an outline proposal of your program that will allow us to reserve the appropriate
rooms on campus, secure equipment and supplies.
The second includes a few open ended questions that will allow us to provide the schools with
any background information you may wish them to have and also to generate a survey that measures
what the visiting students learned.
Please complete these two forms and send them back to me at [email protected] as
soon as possible so that we can begin planning and advertising your program to the school districts.
The last part of this packet are answers to some of the frequently asked questions about our
programs and how your presentation fits in. Please feel free to suggest any questions that we failed to
address and, above all, have fun with your presentation!
