The rate should be lhe net rate inclusive of all taxes and nothing extra olher than the
quoted rates will be paid by the Department. All the rates should be quoted in flgures as well as
in words.
The quotation paper and conditions can be had from the office of lhe DDO, DIG (HQ)
FHQ BSF, Easl Block-g, Sector-1, RKPuram, New Delhi on or before 05.12.2016 upto 1600
hrs any working day by producing Registration documents, PAN, TIN etc.

The quotation should be sent either by post or through lender box on or before
07.12.2016 upto'1600 hrs in the sealed envelope. Name of work & date ofopening should be
w.itten on the lop of envelope.

The quotations will be opened by the Board of officers at office of the DIG (HO) FHO
BSF, R. K. Puram, New Delhion 07.12.2016 at 1630 hrs.
