in bolts of approximately 20–27 lin m for 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm
thickness and approximately 15–17 lin m for 8mm and 10mm.

Variation in Color + Thickness
Wool felt is a natural material and color variation and inclusions of
natural fiber on the surface are evidence of the 100% natural origin
of the material. Product color is only indicative, as it is not possible
to assure consistency of color in a natural product due to the natural
color of raw wool and absorption of dyes. Color matching cannot
be guaranteed on shipments and variation will be more pronounced
beyond the normal commercial range.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions supersede all previous selling policies. Prices, discounts and product offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
Terms of Sale
Please check your order acknowledgement for accuracy as any changes must be reported immediately. Our acknowledgment overrides all purchase
order information.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, our payment terms are one hundred percent (100%) prepayment. Company listed as ‘Bill To’ will be held responsible
for funds due and past due accounts will be charged one and one-half (1,5%) per month and will be added to the outstanding balance. There will
be a service charge for all returned (NSF) checks. Applicable state sales taxes are charged based on ‘Ship To’ destination. If Purchaser claims an
exemption, a resale or tax exempt certificate is required prior to order placement.
Lead Times
All architectural products are made to order and a specific lead time will apply. Please refer to the lead time provided within the sales order or call
customer service for more information.
Delivery and Freight
Shipments are FOB Getzville, New York, USA or Littleton, New Hampshire, USA. Risk of loss passes to the Purchaser at the time of delivery to the
carrier. FilzFelt is not responsible for damages to product in shipment or storage.
Warranty
All goods are sold without warranty or condition expressed or implied. FilzFelt products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment
against manufacturing defects. For purposes of this warranty, manufacturing defects do not include normal wear, user modifications, acts or
omissions of persons other than FilzFelt, surface blemishes and or other characteristics considered natural.
Should any failure to conform to this limited warranty appear during the warranty period from the date of shipment, FilzFelt shall, upon prompt written
notice, repair or replace, at its option and cost, the affected products. The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties arising from course of
dealing or usage of trade.
The remedies provided above are the Purchaser’s sole remedies for any failure of FilzFelt to comply with its obligations regarding the workmanship
of its products. Correction of any nonconformity in the manner and for the period of time provided shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of FilzFelt,
with respect to or arising out of the product furnished hereunder. Purchaser’s remedies set forth herein are exclusive and the liability of FilzFelt with
respect to the breach of this agreement or any contract entered into between the parties pursuant hereto shall not exceed the price of the product or
part on which such liability is based.
Returns and Claims
Product color is only indicative, as it is not always possible to assure consistency of color in a natural product as there may be slight variations in
color and thickness between dyelots or production runs. Natural materials have minor variations in structure, which affect how much dye is absorbed;
therefore we cannot guarantee exact color matching on all shipments. Natural felt colorways are undyed wool and color variation may be more
pronounced beyond the normal commercial range. For exact color matching, request a Cutting for Approval (CFA). If uniformity of color and thickness
is required, purchasing a sufficient quantity of one dye lot is recommended.
Color and Thickness Variation
Product color is only indicative, as it is not possible to assure consistency of color in a natural product. There will be variation in color and thickness
between dyelots or production runs as well as within felt bolts. In addition, inclusions of natural fiber on the surface is evidence of the 100% natural
origin of the material. Color variation is attributed to the natural color of the raw material and variations in structure, which affect how much dye is
absorbed; therefore color matching cannot be guaranteed on shipments. Color variation will be more pronounced beyond the normal commercial
range for all products.
Size Variation
Wool felt is a nonwoven textile produced from a natural fiber. Variations in temperature and humidity can expand or contract the fibers affecting the
size and shape of the felt. Please note that the material dimensions may change up to ±5% due to climate variation.
Floor Covering Variation
All floor coverings are made from natural materials and may incorporate handcraftsmanship. Therefore slight irregularity may occur and sizes can vary
or change up to ±5%.
Maintenance
Vacuum occasionally to remove general air-borne debris. Should soiling occur, spot clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid aggressive
rubbing as this can continue the felting process and change the surface appearance of the felt. Refer to 100% Wool Design Felt Maintenance +
Cleaning for detailed care instructions.
