Stand allocation confirmed on receipt of proof payment of Deposit, all outstanding amounts to be settled
in full prior to the congress.
Terms & Conditions:
South African Value Added Tax (VAT) is 14% and is applicable to all goods and services offered by CE
Projects on behalf of WISA. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Exhibition space will only be confirmed after receipt of this signed Exhibition Stand Form and the receipt
of the required payment.
All monies due and payable must be received, and cheques cleared, by WISA and/or CE Projects prior
to the event. No exhibitor will be allowed to begin move-in procedures until full payment has been
received and confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation or amendments to the contract must be received and
acknowledged in writing by WISA or CE Projects. In the event of a cancellation by the exhibitor being
received before 31May 2013, an administration fee of 25% (excluding VAT) of projected cost will be
payable and deducted from any monies paid prior to a refund being made. If the cancellation is
received after 31 May 2013, 100% of the total contract amount will be payable. Once a stand has been
confirmed and accepted, any reduction in exhibition space, the portion of the contract impacted upon by
the reduction will be governed by this cancellation policy.
WISA / CE Projects reserves the right to re-allocate/re-position the exhibitor within reason for
operational or safety purposes, which may arise.
Insurance of exhibitors own equipment, electronic or otherwise, used for the duration of the conference
& exhibition will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
