2015 Aloha Cup 3v3 Team Check-in Requirements Check-in at Tournament Headquarters at least ONE HOUR before your first game. Tournament Headquarters Under the canopies next to the parking lot Hazeldale Park SW 192nd Ave & SW Farmington Rd, Beaverton, OR 97007 Website https://www.AlohaUnited.com/AlohaCup3v3 The following items need to be presented at tournament check-in: Team Roster – one copy. Roster must include player name, birthdate, jersey number, and coaches’ names. • Print your team roster from the same system which you used to register team for the tournament. Each roster must legibly show team name, coach’s name, age group and gender, in addition to player name, jersey number, and date of birth. • You must have ONE copy of your Team’s roster always be available to the referee prior to each contest. However, teams are strongly advised to bring THREE additional copies of their roster, one for each game, in case the referee requests it. Current Player Cards Required: A team may not mix US Club Soccer cards with USYSA cards. Every player on the team must have the same type of player card. • US Club Soccer cards valid through at least 8/1/16 • USYSA Cards (2014-2015 or 2015-2016 season) 8/6/2015
