POSITION: Clinical Supervisor REPORTS TO: Director of Programs CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, Non-Exempt SALARY: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour You Grow Girl! provides comprehensive services for young women to reach their authentic self through the development of life skills, confidence and self-respect. WORK SCHEDULE: This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Work hours are flexible, will range between 15 - 20 hours per week and may include working occasional evenings when necessary to accommodate the schedule of participants. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Programs, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of services for participants enrolled in counseling services. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise the members of the counseling team and manages all program functions. This includes expanding services to other sites, integrating services with other programs, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with community partners, and evaluating program and outcomes. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership through clinical supervision and reviews, consultation, training and support in accordance with organization’s values and guidelines. Ensure that program goals (clinical, financial, personnel, professional development, and training) are met in accordance with established program policies and procedures, organization expectations, funding rules, and state law. Closely work with other organization programs to integrate services across program boundaries and maximize benefits for all participants. Evaluate overall program performance on a regular and ongoing basis and use collected information to make needed improvements. Pursue, develop and/or participate in new initiatives to expand programs and services in response to identified needs in the community and mission goals of the organization. Comply with and enforce administrative and contractual procedures and policies to assure efficiency and reduce delay and complications. Conduct and organize 5 staff trainings and in-services. Monitor staff members’ professional development in accordance with agency expectations. Participate in the hiring and orientation process of new staff members and interns. Conduct performance evaluations for all staff members and interns. Monitor compliance in accordance with contract requirements and agency procedures. Participate in the development of program budgets and monitor program performance according to set budget guidelines. Support helps her build self-confidence so that she can reach success POSITION: CLINICAL SUPERVISOR Monitor accuracy and completeness of participant records in accordance with organization rules and expectations. Produce program performance reports and invoices in accordance with organization rules and contract requirements. Actively promote organization and our programs with our community partners to assure maximum cooperation, high quality services, contract compliance and further program development. Attend all required meetings and other relevant meetings as needed. Maintain a caseload of up to 5 participants. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master's degree in mental health related field, plus clinical license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist or RN); Status of a Registered Art Therapist, Mental Health Professional, Child Mental Health Specialist or Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist preferred; At least four years of experience in a mental health program with minimum of two years supervisory experience; Strong organizational skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet participant and program needs; Reliable attendance and punctuality; Acceptance of a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, and cultural and spiritual practices; Competence with Excel, Access, Word, data entry systems and computerized database management; LICENSES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Washington State Driver's License and reliable transportation.
