Description
Tyco Electronics’ 4X/12X series of cable assemblies are
designed to meet the most demanding INFINIBANDTM
Specification, Fibre Channel and Gigabet Ethernet (CX4)
applications. This family of products exhibits high signal
integrity capabilities. Future designs will be incorporated
into PCI express, SAS, and SATA.

• High signal integrity capabilities
• Different versions can run at 2.5 and 3.125 Gbps
• Fully shielded for EMI/RFI protection
• Available with or without passive equalization
• Built with robust strain relief and wire retention
• Available in lanyard or thumbscrew versions
• Reduced crosstalk (less than 3%)
• Available with standard 28, 26 and 24 AWG wire
• Accommodates custom applications including non-standard wiring patterns, customer specific wire gauges, and special bundling
