Concert Orchestra and Sinfonia arrive JHS for luggage check-in. You must bring your
suitcase AND your instrument to the HS orchestra room. You will not have access to
either of these items till after we arrive in Orlando. You do NOT need to bring your
carry-on items to this check in.
7 - 7:45
Concert Orchestra and Sinfonia Rehearsal in the Band or Choir Room. Parents are
welcome to attend this rehearsal if they wish to hear the Florida performance.
7:30 PM
Symphony and Chamber Orchestra arrive JHS for luggage check-in. You must bring
your suitcase AND your instrument to the HS orchestra room. You will not have access

Symphony and Chamber Orchestra Rehearsal in the Band or Choir Room. Parents are

Uniform. Parents (non-performers) who wish to watch the performance must
utilize will be dropped off near DISNEY SPRINGS. Parents are not allowed in the
Backstage Area-only the directors and tour directors.
