^Vhite quartzite; generally massive but occasional 1/2-3"
bed of greenish-yellow quartzite at 80-85" C. A. faint
pebble bands occur throughout section ranging from coarse
grained quartz in fine grained quartz matrix up to pea
sized pebbles in white quartz matrix. Pebbles are mainly
white quartz with an occasional smoky quartz pebble, light
shearing is occasionally present at 60-90" C. A. with
bluish-ereen chlorite along shear planes.

coarse grain^ of pink feldspar in groundmass of white
quartz grains.

Conglomerate, arkose ana pebbly arkose interbedded with
gradual transition from bed to bed; pebbles of white
quartz, granite^ syenite and chert are sub-angular to
rounded and 1/10 - 3/4" across, light to med. hematite in
parts of section and light chlorite in parts; conglomerate
beds are 6" - 18" thick; matrix is quartzite with minor
pink feldspar in -pai ts of section. R/A up to 1-1/2 x B.C.
in conglomerate beds which appear to be due to granitic
pebbles.
