** Please: CLEARLY mark student’s name on her calculator AND on her
calculator case! They are easily mistaken for someone else’s. Whiteout works
well as a kind of paint. You can also use patterned duct tapes with permanent
markers.
The TI-83/84 can be purchased more cheaply than newer versions. They are
sold at big box stores and online. It is unlikely that your daughter will ​
ever
need a newer version during her schooling: they do all algebra and
trigonometric functions.
