Descriptions:
Barre Reformers: This class will combine Pilates and Barre exercises to lengthen, strengthen tone and
sculpt long and lean muscles. Improving core, glutes and thighs strength.
Beginner: This class is designed for the first timer or anyone who has been away for a while. It focuses on
the basics of reformers.
Intermediate/Advanced: A class designed for those who have experience and want to take it up a notch.
Long & Lean: Lengthen muscles while sculpting arms, legs, core and the buttocks through standing
Pilates. Feel taller and longer: improve your posture, regain range of motion, and improve balance.
Mixed Levels: A class designed for all levels. Progressions and regressions will be demonstrated for all.
Reformer for Runners: Focus on increasing core and back strength, correct postural alignment, control of
breath, lateral hip strength, and spinal mobility to run better, faster and stronger.
Reformers for Yogis: Increases relaxation, mental clarity, self-awareness and mindfulness. Improves
concentration, core strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion in joints, coordination, agility, and it will
protect against future injury.
