Appointment of Directors to Enterprise St Helena Board of Directors
I, the Governor, acting in accordance with section 4 (1) of the Enterprise St Helena
Ordinance, Cap 166, hereby appoint the following persons to be Directors of the Enterprise St
Helena Board of Directors with immediate effect for a period of three years:
Chairman, Economic Development Committee and
Mr Nigel Dollery MLC
The appointment of the Chairman, Economy and Finance Committee is hereby revoked.

Appointment of Temporary Member of Executive Council
I, the Governor, acting in accordance with the provisions of Section 35(2) of the
Constitution, hereby:

Declare that by reason of absence from St Helena, Cyril Robert George is temporarily
unable to discharge his functions as a member of the Executive Council from 21 August 2013
to 22 September 2013 and;
2.
Appoint Wilson Charles Duncan to be a temporary member of the Executive Council
