Since most of you think that the students can do no wrong, perhaps you would be willing to adopt these animals
that have been abandoned at the end of the school year.
You may even consider re-imbursing the veterinary costs incurred by our caring neighbours.
I am sure that Mayor Gray has a fund that he can tap into. He has done it before for much less worthy causes.

Hi,
We have a growing problem in our area of cats being left behind by students. This year Joanne Stewart, Alecia
Minasora and myself trapped 4 pregant mums all with kittens from Dalhousie and Mcgill. We have paid to have
the mums fixed and have had most of the 17 kittens adopted out. We still have 4 left and need your help. The 2
I have, have received their 2 sets of inoculations, deworming , defleaing, and ear mite treatment thru a
charitable organization ARK. I have had them and their Mum for 2 months in my garage (I own two 16 yr old
medical issue cats) I need your help getting them adopted to a good home. The cost thru ARK is $100 and you
get $50 certification for fixing. This fee does not cover the cost of the innocuations at a Vets. Joanne and Alecia
still have 1each that have not gone thru the ARK organization.
We are asking for your assistance in adopting these adorable loving kittens that have been abandoned in our
community. If you can't adopt one then please ask friends and family. Joanne, Aleica and I have done our part
we now need you. Please help. These kittens can be seen any time of day or night, we just need t o find them a
loving home. As always, we know we can count on your help.
