Transat Holidays Free Trip Contest TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Limit one entry per person.
2. All contest ballot fields must be completed to be eligible to win.
3. The contest is open to residents of the Regional Municipality of Niagara, over the age of majority with a valid driver’s
license, except contest sponsors their affiliated companies and agents, the independent judging organization, and all
persons with whom they are domiciled.
4. Your trip for two (2) adults includes:
Return airfare in accordance with Transat Holidays flight program.
Roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel at destination.
One week stay for 2 adults at any of Bahia Principe Resorts part of Transat Distinction Collection in the minimum
accommodation.

5. Winners must make their request for travel to Transat Holidays, at least six weeks prior to the anticipated date of
departure, failing which Transat Holidays will not accept the reservation and the prize will be deemed void.
6. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together both ways.
7. The winner and his/her travel companion must have the legal right to leave Canada and to return to Canada and must
have the legal right to enter and leave the destination country to which they are bound. They are fully responsible for
obtaining, at their own expenses, all documentation necessary for the trip as required by the authorities concerned,
including, but not limited to, visas, passports, vaccinations and certificates. These shall be obtained before departure.
The winner and his/her travel companion shall comply with the contest validity dates and accept the alternatives
proposed by Transat Holidays, if this proves necessary. No extension of stay will be permitted. Transat Holidays
reserves the right to offer a comparable price if a program is cancelled in the case of force majeure or in the case of any
other irresistible and unforeseeable circumstances.

8. All of the personal expenses of the winner and his/her travel companion are their sole responsibility. The winner and
his/her travel companion are responsible for their own transportation upon departure and arrival at the international
airport of departure, as determined by Transat Holidays. Transat Holidays shall assume no responsibility of any nature
whatsoever for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight or any other component of the packages or of
any other transportation which is part of the price for any reasons whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather
conditions, equipment breakdown or failure.
9. Travel must be completed by October 31st, 2010. The following blackout dates apply:
Christmas Period: December 17th 2009 to January 10th, 2010
Spring Break Period: March 11th to March 28th, 2010
Easter period: April 2nd to April 5th, 2010
Any other special Holidays
10. Air travel to destination where the hotel is located will be exclusively on flights sold by Transat Holidays.
11. Reservation is subject to availability of both Transat Holidays and/or the hotel at time of reservation.
12. Taxes, airport fees, custom duties, entry fees, tourist cards, surcharges, insurance charges, personal expenses and
travel documentation are not included in the prize.
13. Transat Holidays strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at time of reservation as a measure of added
protection.
14. All personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion.
15. All travel documentation that may be required (visa, passports, etc.) are the winner’s and his/her travel companion’s
responsibility and must be obtained prior to departure.
16. The prize offered must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or convertible into
cash.
17. The winner and his/her travel companion shall respect the validity dates of the promotion and will be subject to the terms
and conditions contained in Sun 2009-2010 Transat Holidays brochure. No extension of stay is permitted.
