Art Classes February / March 2014 Bountiful Baskets: NEW An Introduction to Simple Basket Making This four week course will cater for both beginners and those with some experience with simple basketry processes. Techniques introduced will be coiling, netting and simple weaving, as well as demonstrations of basket decoration, stitching techniques and other adornment processes. How to gather and dry plant materials for basketry will also be introduced. A list of possible plant materials to gather before and during the course will be provided.
