- Composite products*:
• if only cocoa mass fair for life a disclaimer “made
with fair for life cocoa mass” and indication of %
needs to be mentioned
• if cocoa mass is fair for life and all other
ingredients that can be fair-trade are fair-trade
and min.20% certified ingredients. Between 20%
and 80% a % disclaimer needs to be mentioned
• below 20% certified ingredients, no label is
allowed
