1 Introduction
This Schedule 6 (‘Tariffs’) forms part of the Reference Interconnect Agreement and is legally binding on
both Parties. It shall be updated and valid as per the version available online at
(http://www.bh.zain.com/en/zainbahrain/rio).
A reference to a Clause or Appendix, unless stated otherwise, is a reference to a Clause or Appendix of
this Schedule. Words and expressions shall have the meaning given in Schedule 1 (Definitions) of this RIO.

This is price celling figure, assuming that last resort is to use Batelco’s RO service. Monthly recurring cost can get lower if
other interconnection solution was pursued whenever feasible (e.g. microwave p-p connection).
2 Charges are calculated based on the actual installation cost of material and labor plus cost of capital; as per the complexity
and parameters involved in the setup.
3 Once-off charges are applicable per initial capacity installation and also per any further upgrade/downgrade/reallocation
capacity installation.
4 Mobile termination rate for domestically originated calls i.e. with Bahrain CLI
