Letter of Recommendation for Sara Engvild
Sara has worked for INITIATIVES as an analyst in a project position from February
2014 until November 2014.
Sara has been of great value to INITIATIVES. She has shown commitment to her
tasks and engagement in delivering team efforts as well as individual contribution.
The main responsibilities for Sara during her employment at INITIATIVES have
been visual translation and analysis. She has worked with client project deliveries
as well as conceptual assignments.
Furthermore, Sara has covered a wide spectrum of tasks such as setting up
essential business administration systems such as mail, webpage etc. She has
also assisted on user journey assignments on bigger organizational projects,
specifically adding value through hand-drawn and digital illustrations and codesigning tools and templates. Also, Sara has been lead on specific tasks. Among
these, the production of an explanation film for a client as part of a bigger strategic
effort.
All in all, Sara has proven to be competent in her field of expertise, dedicated to
delivering value and driven in her work.
Sara delivers value, she is greatly appreciated by her colleagues, and she is
trusted by management. She has my highest recommendations.

Letter of recommendation
Sara has been employed as a part time student assistant in Strategic Visualisation KPMG since
1st of September 2012. Sara has now graduated her studies and will seek new challenges.
Job assignments
Sara has been responsible for various tasks which have covered journalistic assignments such as
blogging on business cases, written marketing material for both internal and external purposes.
This has covered articles for newsletters, and monthly and annual reports of tasks in Strategic
Visualisation. Sara has also functioned as a graphic recorder where she has produced visual
summaries on conferences and workshops. Further Sara has assisted on various facilitation assignments such as workshops and courses. Here she has both taken the role of assistant, teacher
and co-facilitator.
During the daily running of Strategic Visualisation at KPMG Sara has been a key player in regards to general organizing making sure that her colleagues always were able to perform at their
best.
Job requirements
A combination of a strong written language and a flair for a visual language is a must-have in
Strategic Visualisation. To be able to integrate this combination with a strategic mindset and an
understanding of a hectic business environment is preferable. As a student assistant in Strategic
Visualisation it is required to be independent with good collaboration- and people skills.
Qualities
Sara has exceeded all expectations. She has a strong written language, excellent communication
skills, a strong ability of creating synthesis of complexity and a convincing ability as process
consultant. She is just a delight to work with. She has a very high work ethics and a positive attitude towards any task. Every challenge she has been met with she has tackled in the most satisfying way. Her ability to adapt to a corporate business environment has seemed effortless and
she has shown to balance her professionalism and personality very well.
