Team Member – Nomination Fee is payable for each Competition entered.
Reserve – No Nomination Fee payable. Pay $5 per game you play
Saturday Open Comp – Singles and Doubles Matches (8 balls) (Nomination fee payable $60)
Night Comps – Doubles & Singles Matches (4 balls)
(Nomination fee payable $40 + lights, Synthetic Courts $5 per person. Hard Courts $5 per person
(5) Monday Night Fast 4 Comps: Teams of 3 will play singles and doubles with each player competing in a singles
match and two doubles matches. Each rubber will consist of one tie-break set and the match completed in less
than 3 hours.

Payment of your Nomination Fee can be in the following ways:
1. Cash or EFTPOS payment at the Blue Gum Park Tennis Bar on Saturdays from 4.30pm to 6.30pm
2. Form drop off in letterbox slot in Captain's Box (together with internet transfer receipt)
3. Cheque (made payable to: Blue Gum Park Tennis Club)
4. Internet transfer to Commonwealth Bank Account: PREFERRED METHOD

Nomination
If you wish to nominate in a team and/or nominate as a Reserve for a competition, please return this completed
Nomination Form together with the Nomination Fee to the Blue Gum Tennis Club Bar in opening hours.
Alternatively, you can complete the form electronically, return via email to [email protected] and pay the fee
due via internet transfer. Please remember to include your name for identification purposes.
Please Note: Completing a nomination form does NOT mean automatic selection in a team. If you cannot commit to
play most weeks, do not nominate in a team, but instead consider nominating as a Reserve.
When participating in team practice or competition, players are required to wear recognised tennis attire and shoe
tags.
Club Membership
You must be a financial member of Blue Gum Park Tennis Club to play in the league competition for Blue Gum Park
Tennis Club. League Nomination Forms received from non-financial members will NOT be accepted. Club
membership subscription forms are available from the Blue Gum Tennis Club Captain's Box and on the club web site.
Player Transfers
Players who have played for another club in in a previous League Competition will need to inform the coordinator who
will then do a transfer online.

Match Supervisor
It is not mandatory other than junior tennis league competitions for the home clubs provide a Match Supervisor except
for semi finals and finals .For home & away fixtures the two team captains shall jointly assume Match Supervisor
duties. If they cannot agree, the Home team captain shall make any required ruling. Any unresolved issues shall be
reported in writing to Tennis League Operations.
