d) COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GLASS ELEVATOR
A) The rate should include all duties, Taxes(including VAT),Levies, Transport, Transit
insurance, loading and un loading, service tax etc. No increase in above is acceptable
to bank. No form C or D will be provided by bank.
B) No advance is payable. The other payment terms are,
a) 80% against delivery of materials
b) 10% against installation
c) 10% after approval by lift Inspector and handing over
C) Defect liability period : The Glass elevator shall warranty shall be period of 12
months from the date of delivery.
D) Liquidated damage : 0.5% per week for a maximum of 5% contract value for non
completion within the agreed date.
E) Site Visit: The vendors are advised to visit site and acquaint themselves regarding
site conditions.
F) Arbitration Clause- The vendor is required to accept Bank's Standard arbitration
clause.
G) Agreement : The successful tenderer has to submit an agreement on stamp paper
at own cost as per our standard format.
