290 No. 115, BY THE GOVERNOR. A PROCLAMATION. H. R. PALMER, Governor. Whereas it is expedient to amend the boundaries of the villages of Alekhtora and Kouklia : Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Village Authorities Laws, 1931 to (No. 2) 1937, and otherwise, I, Herbert Richmond Palmer, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over the Colony of Cyprus, do hereby order and proclaim that from and after the 1st day of July, 1038, the area described in the Schedule hereto, heretofore reckoned within the boundaries of the village of Alekhtora in the District of Limassol shall form part of the lands of the village of Kouklia in the District-of Paphos and that the boundaries of the said villages of Alekhtora and Kouklia shall be altered accordingly. SCHEDULE. . The boundary commences on the seashore at the mouth of the river " Kha Potami," and proceeds north-eastwards up this river to the north-eastern corner of plot No. 1 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/50, locality " Kiles," at which point it is joined by a small tributary; thence south-eastwards up this tributary to the forest delimitation line of Randi Forest; thence north-eastwards along the said forest delimitation line to Eorest Cairn No. 12 ; thence southwards along the said forest delimitation line through Eorest Cairns Nos. 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 2A, 2B, 1 and 1A to the seashore ; thence northwestwards along the seashore to the point of commencement. This area is that shown edged in red on the Government Survey Plan Serial No. 1158, and the following plots are thus transferred from the village of Alekhtora to the village of Kouklia : Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/49, Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/50, Nos. 1, 2/1, 2/2, 37, 38, 38.1 and 39 of the Government Survey Plan LII/51, Nos. 1, 2. 3, 4, 5 and 5.1 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/57, Nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/58, No. 1 of the Government Survey Plan No. LII/59, Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Government Survey Plan No. LVII/2, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of the Government Survey Plan No. LVII/3.
