M50 (BETWEEN JUNCTIONS 6 AND 7)
APPLICABLE AND DEFAULT TOLLS PAYABLE IN 2017
This notice lists the Applicable Tolls and Default Tolls for each user/vehicle class for the
M50 (between Junctions 6 and 7) for the year commencing 1st January, 2017.

The toll rates are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate (currently 23%). VAT registered road
users can reclaim VAT paid on tolls.
In accordance with the provisions of the Bye-Laws, the Default Tolls for 2017 are as follows:
• Initial Default Toll for a user/vehicle class is the
Applicable Toll specified for the User/Vehicle
Class plus €3.00.
• Additional Default Toll for a user/vehicle class
is the Initial Default Toll specified for the User/
Vehicle Class plus €41.00.
• Final Default Toll for a user/vehicle class is
the Additional Default Toll specified for the
User/Vehicle Class plus €103.00.
