Dairy Den machines deliver the highest
overrun (aeration), quickest recovery and
most ice creams in succession in today's
market.
Dairy Den machines are single phase and as
such, can be used in areas with power
limitations. Dairy Den machines can be
operated using battery packs. Optional Solar
recharging of battery packs offered.

Our Air mix gear pump system delivers the
precise amount of mix/air ratio to freezing
cylinder for constant overrun (aeration).
Simple
manual
adjustment.
Hopper
refrigeration maintains mix below 50C during
auto and overnight modes. The Hopper has
a Stainless Stirrer which helps the mix to
always be homogenous. This machine can
be used to produce Frozen Yogurt.

machines unique flexibility and runs on
single phase power. The logics are such
that delivers consistent Soft Serves even
after long tenures of not drawing the Soft
Serves. Dairy Den machines uses this
technology which reduces 25% Amperes
compared to the competitors.
