Apartment or flat rental is one of the profitable businesses in Oman
since the population is growing and there is an influx of expatriates in
various industries. Apartment owners cater to Omanis and expatriates.
Rent depends upon many factors like location, dimension, and
amenities available. More affluent rental set-ups definitely charge
more, but their main priorities are security and good name of the
business. Apartments are generally unfurnished. Meaning, furniture,
fixtures and appliances will not be provided. But there are also
furnished apartments though the rental rate is higher. The rental
transaction starts once the owner and the client enters an agreement.
Apartment rental agreements may include: rental amounts and terms,
amount of deposit, length of occupancy, rules of conduct while living
in the apartment, termination requirements among others.

At the conclusion, our project is designed to be easy for all people how want reservation without going there . Now it will be
very efficient and easy for people how want reservation. we faced some problems which did not stop our progress in finishing
the project collection the data is one of the problem that we faced. However it is solved by using alternative ways of data
collection. Finally, our project is very easy to use and very helpful.
