What do I need to join? 2 photos, proof of address and bank details if paying by Direct Debit.
Memberships can be purchased at The Beach Leisure Centre or Sheddocksley Sports
Centre. Students will need to present their current matriculation card to get a student
membership.
Direct Debit payment options are available at no additional charge: If you wish to spread your payments by Direct
Debit, please remember to bring the following information with you when signing up: Full Name and
Address of Bank/Building Society, Account Number and Sort Code. A Direct Debit Mandate will need to
be completed at the time of your visit.
Accord Card: Our golf memberships are carried on Aberdeen City Council smartcards- the
Accord Card. If you already have an Accord Card please bring it with you to one of our sales
centres. If you do not have an Accord Card please bring a passport style colour photograph
plus proof of address i.e.: Council Tax bill, Utility Bill, TV License or photo Driving License.

Golf Season Passes - Conditions of Use
Please note that breaches of these conditions may
lead to the withdrawal of the Season Pass
1. Season Passes are non-transferable.

2. Season Passes are valid for one calendar year
from the date of issue.
9. Damaged or lost season passes will only be replaced
at the discretion of Sport Aberdeen Management
10. The holder of the Season Pass is subject to the rules
and regulations of Sport Aberdeen Golf Courses.
3. All Season Passes, except Junior Nominated
Passes, are valid at all Sport Aberdeen Golf
Courses (Balnagask, Hazlehead Pines, Kings
Links and MacKenzie Championship), Pitch
and Putt Courses and Putting Greens.
11. Sport Aberdeen reserves the right at its discretion to
temporarily close facilities. Facilities will only be
closed when absolutely necessary, for example if
essential maintenance is required or inclement
weather conditions leave the ground unplayable.
4. Season Passes must be produced at the
Starters box when booking in for a tee-time.
12. Refund of all or part of the sum paid will only be
given under exceptional circumstances.
5. A zero-rated receipt must be obtained from
the starters box prior to play. This will only be
issued on production of a valid Season Pass.
