ZONE NG delivers instant recognition and ease
of performance selection for both employees and
employers via a simple numbering system and a
range of brightly coloured and dual finish products.
The ZONE NG Hearing range offers a choice of 3 levels
of attenuation performance:
ZONE 3 NG (RED)
for high noise levels.
The ZONE NG earmuffs are available in the following
configurations: Headband, cap attachable and
neckband.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT HEARING PROTECTION
Noise exposure over 80dB(A) can cause permanent
hearing loss. To be sure that you are protected against
harmful noise, choose a hearing protector that meets
the needed noise attenuation of your environment.

HI VIS
For medium to high noise levels
where higher visibility is required
ZONE 2 NG Hi Vis is a light and comfortable hearing
protector. For work environments with medium to high
noise levels, such as aviation, construction, landscaping,
ground maintenance, forestry, utilities and mining. The
ZONE 2 NG Hi Vis option is ideal for work places where
higher visibility is needed.

ZONE 3 NG is the choice when nothing else will do. Great
attenuation performance and still with a comfortable
and slim fit. For extremely noisy environments such as
airport ground crews, motor racing, military and drill
hammering.

UNISAFE ZONE NG EARMUFF VISOR KIT
The UniSafe ZONE NG Visor/Earmuff combination can
be assembled with either a polycarbonate visor or
mesh visor.
Polycarbonate visors are ideal for high impact
protection and a range of chemicals. AS/NZS
1337.1:2010 (Visor), AS/NZS 1270:2002 (Earmuff).
Nylon mesh visors are suitable for low impact
protection against large dust particles and abrasion,
in particular forestry applications.
Made up combinations are available or the visors and
ZONE NG earmuffs can be purchased separately.

UNISAFE VMKIT COMBINATION KIT
The UniSafe VMKIT Combination Kit comes with a
UniSafe TA570 Vented Safety Helmet, a mesh visor and
ZONE 1 NG (yellow) Class 4 earmuffs.
This kit is suitable for timber processing and forestry
applications. The UniSafe VMKIT helmet, earmuff, visor
combination has been tested as a certified system
under AS/NZS 1801:1997 (Safety Helmet) and AS/NZS
1270:2002 (Earmuff).

UNDERSTANDING SLC80
AND THE CLASS SYSTEM:
SLC80 is the rating number
used in Australia and
New Zealand.
Users are advised to only
