FREE one day training workshop and FREE First Aid training
provides the necessary training to:
Be confident in planning a walk route & recognising hazards
Be familiar with paperwork required
Be aware of the health benefits from regular walking
Be able to support new walkers
Gain access to support & resources from the WTW Co-ordinator
Be part of a loyalty scheme
Once involved in leading health walks you receive:
Waterproof jacket
Rucksack
First Aid kit
T shirt
Highly visible waistcoat
Stationary
The benefits of joining a regular, moderate to brisk walking group:
