The Melitta® c35 enables you to serve customer-specific coffee/milk
variations – from espresso to café crème and latte macchiato, or even
a decaffeinated cappuccino.
Operation
Depending on the setting, over 100 different
products can be easily selected via the touchscreen.
With a performance of up to 200 cups per hour, the Melitta® c35 ensures
that orders are served quickly and efficiently, even during peak periods.
Colour display
Large, individually programmable touch-screen
TFT colour display.
A powerful and highly precise grinder with ground stainless steel disks
guarantees a perfect grind and optimum speed, as well as long service life
(up to 80,000 grindings).
Chip Card System
The simple chip card system makes the machine
easy to operate and regulates access for staff,
managers and service technicians.
This high-grade technology ensures a constant and reliable grind and thus
consistently high coffee quality.
Automatic Coffee Quality System (ACS)
Any variation in the grind quality, powder quantity,
piston pressure, water temperature or brewing
time is monitored and automatically corrected.
Easy to oper ate
Variable Pressure System (VPS®)
To ensure optimum coffee quality, the contact
pressure can be individually adjusted for each

offers enough room for 4 litres of cooled milk
and up to 2 instant containers (1000 g capacity

Incredible how much coffee culture there can be in one compact device!
Choose between 30 settings for different specialities, such as espresso,
cappuccino, latte macchiato or café crème.
The large graphic display shows over 30
possible settings that can be selected via five
operating levels. The display with its convenient
menu function allows all parameters to be set
easily and also keeps the user informed about all
important and relevant statuses or operating
stages of the machine.
The integrated cocoa module for
cocoa specialities
The new top-performing cocoa module is available as an optional extra
for the preparation of the finest cocoa specialities. Fitting perfectly in the
machine it extends the range of beverages available by all powder-based
varieties and prepares the finest cocoa specialities mostly made up of
milk. Not only the little guests will be pleased.
The metal brew unit with its horizontally
arranged metal pistons enables maintenance-free
operation for approx. 30,000 coffee products a year.
VPS® = Variable Pressure System
Maximum quality is ensured by the variable
contact pressure for each coffee speciality.
A chip key system allows access to the
machine and a differentiation between staff and
manager level.
Light concept
The standard, individually configurable light strip
can be perfectly adapted to any environment.
Simple, innovative cleaning concept:
The milk cleaning concept and hygiene program

High performance
The Cafina® ALPHA-F can prepare 500 cups of
filtered coffee per hour fully automatically.
As required and with an intelligent program to
set a minimum storage volume. Making sure you
never run out of coffee. If the stored volume falls
below a pre-defined level, the Cafina® ALPHA-F
automatically begins preparing a fresh supply.
Flexible
The available programs range from a single brew
of 0.5 liters (2 jugs) for smaller needs – at the
beginning or end of business – to 1- or 2-liter
brews, to storage volumes of 1, 2, 3 or 4 liters.
