Comments:
Dogs have always been part of Gerard’s life and as from 1976 especially Afghan Hounds.
Around 1985 he started to show dogs and had many (International) championships mostly in the
Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Becoming more and more interested in dogs, Gerard
started to his cynotogigal study in 1992 and in 1995 he did his first exam for the Afghan Hound.
Ten years later, 2006, he is judge of all -FCI group 10- breeds, the Sight hounds. At this moment
he is also group judge of -FCI group 5- all breeds of the Spitz and primitive types, -FCI group 1all breeds of the Sheepdogs and Cattle Dogs and some breeds of group 9. Gerard judged in many
European countries, America, Australia and Asia at national and international Dog shows
(including FCI European and FCI World Dog Show’s) Champion of Champion shows, many
breed specialties and title shows.
Since 1994 he showed successfully his Afghans Hounds with the kennel name “El Harakat”.
Afghan Hounds from “El Harakat” are all over the world like France, USA, Germany,
Switzerland, Israel and Denmark etc.

Komentari:
Psi su uvijek bili dio života, posebice Afganistanski hrtovi od 1976.godine. 1985.godine je počeo
I izlagati te je ostvario mnogo šampionata sa svojim psima. S obzirom da se počeo sve više
interesirati za pse , odlučio je postati sudac. 1992.godine je počeo učiti, dok je 1995.godine
položio ispit za Afganistanskog hrta. 2006.godine je završio FCI grupu 10. Nakon toga je
nastavio svoje učenje te je tokom godina položio još neke grupe I pasmine.
Gerard je sudio u mnogim europskim zemljama, Americi, Australiji i Aziji, na nacionalnim i
međunarodnim izložbama pasa (uključujući europske i svjetske izložbe u) , Prvak prvaka,
mnoge Specijalne izložbe.
Od 1994. godine uspješno uzgaja Afganistanske hrtove pod uzgajačnicom "El Harakat". Psi iz
njegovog uzgoja su prodani po čitavom svijetu : Francuska, SAD, Njemačka, Švicarska, Izrael i
Danska itd
