on top of the Eiffel tower. We have a great view over
the whole city. We took a boat ride along the Seine
River and stopped at the Louvre to see the famous
painting of Mona Lisa.
The ancient Incan ruins of Machu Pichu are
fantastic! They were built almost 600 year ago.
Archeologists believe that this was the estate of the
emperor Pachacuti. We are surrounded by the
beautiful green landscape in the mountains.

I am in Italy where the Romans lived! Today, we
visited the Coliseum, where the gladiators were
fighting 2000 years ago. I love the Italian ice cream
and of course the pizza.
Greetings from the Big Apple! We took the Circle
Line, passed the Statue of Liberty, and then went to
the top of the Empire State Building. Wow, we could
see all the big skyscrapers, Central Park and even
parts of New Jersey! The people looked like ants from
up there.

Many greetings from Kenya, Africa. It is really
amazing here. We are driving with a jeep through
the National Park and we saw many wild animals
so far: several elephants drinking at a pond, a herd
of zebras grazing, and even a lion!
I am hiking in the Swiss Alps. Today we took a
train to see the famous Matterhorn that you can see
on the postcard. This mountain has snow all year
round! Some people are climbing on top of it.

We enjoy California a lot. We were taking a bike
tour over Golden Gate Bridge and back. We also took
a ride on the famous cable car. The streets are so
steep here, it feels like being on a roller coaster!
Grand Canyon is grand indeed!! If you stand at the
edge of the Canyon it is breath taking. The different
layers of rock are thousand and thousands of years
old, all washed out by the Colorado River.

I am at the Great Wall of China. The Chinese built
this wall to protect the northern borders of their
empire. It is so big and so long, approximately 6800
km! We were on it for several hours.
Mickey and Minnie say hello! We visited
Cinderella’s castle and enjoyed all the theme parks.
The roller coasters are a blast, and the fireworks at
night are beautiful!

I am at the great pyramids in Giza. They are
amazing. It’s still a mystery how the pyramids
have been constructed. Thousands of slaves had to
haul the big rocks to build them because cranes were
not invented then. The Sphinx was also very
impressive. I am glad we didn’t get lost in the maze
of the pyramids!
Hola from Mexico! We were at the Mayan pyramids.
They were impressive with all those steep steps. We
also saw the ancient ball court, where the Mayan
played a ball game. Now we are chilling out on the
beach!

beautiful and exquisite, all in white marble! 360
years ago, Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal as a
memorial and burial place for his wife, who died
during the birth of their fourteenth child.

Greetings from down under! We didn’t see any
Kangaroos yet, but, we are enjoying this city. We
took a harbour tour, and we heard a concert at the
opera house. The architecture of this building is
amazing! We also visited the botanical gardens,
which are beautiful. Crocodile Dundee would be
proud!
