Instruction
This design sparkles on many levels. Crystal Clear
double bubble balloons treated with HI-FLOAT™ and
iridescent glitter create a shimmering special effect
that adds visual value and added profit for you.
"Dancing" hearts in gentle air currents add
a dash of rhythm and motion to delight
guests.
APPLICATIONS
This arch is perfect for cake
tables, backdrops and when
made longer and taller, for
dance floors.
MATERIALS &
Pro Tip
When using glitter confetti inside
balloons with HI-FLOAT™, always
use soft edged, larger textured
confetti to insure the balloon is
less likely to pop when inflated
as is likely with cut
edged confetti.

1. Place a straw into the opening of an 11" (28cm) latex and insert it into a clear 18" (46cm) Crystal
Clear balloon to make a double stuffed balloon. Push the inside balloon neck to the side and fill the
outside balloon 2⁄3 full of air. Pinch the neck closed to capture the air inside and then fill the inside
balloon fully with air. The outside balloon will become larger when the inside balloons is inflated. Tie
the neck. Create a second identical double bubble balloon and tie the necks together to form a duplet.
Make a second duplet and twist the necks together to form a cluster of four. Tie two heavy balloon
weights under the cluster with a section of un-inflated 260.
2. Repeat step one to make a second weighted double bubble cluster of four
3. Double stuff eighteen 6" (15cm) solid hearts into 6" (15cm) crystal clear hearts. Inflate them fully
and create four clusters of four as described in the technique above leaving two single hearts to be
used as toppers. This creates a beautiful shiny finish to the hearts that will match the double bubble
balloons.
4. Place the first heart cluster on the top of the double bubble cluster and tie in place with the 260 tails.
Add another cluster on the top and tie in place. Add a single heart balloon to the top standing upright
with the 260. Repeat to create two identical weighted, stacked clusters.
Add vine and ribbon tendrils and place slightly apart on the floor.

5. Make a string of pearls arch with double stuffed 11" (28cm) balloons inside of 18"
(46cm) but fill with helium and tie them directly onto monofilament line spacing
them close but not quite touching to insure the arch appears perfectly aligned. Tie
both ends to the weighted clusters.
6. Create the small suspended hearts by double stuffing twelve 6" (15cm) solid hearts
into 6" (15cm) crystal clear hearts and inflating them with air. Trim off the neck
material under the knot.
7. Measure and cut twelve ribbon sections into 12" (30cm) lengths. Tie a loop at one
end with curling ribbon and curl the ends gently. With a low temperature glue gun,
place a dot of glue onto the opposite end of the ribbon where you twisted a section
2" (5cm) from the end and press it against the middle of the top of the heart. Repeat
to prepare all of the small hearts ahead, then tie the looped end to the necks of the
helium double bubbles to suspend the hearts evenly under the arch.
CONCLUSION
This design is beautiful for any romantic or feminine occasion and works with both pastel and brilliant
