Dairy Den machines deliver the highest
overrun (aeration), quickest recovery and
most ice creams in succession in today’s
market.
Power Use
Dairy Den machine are single phase and as
such, can be used in areas with power
limitations. Dairy Den PS - 2 machines can be
operated using battery packs. Optional Solar
recharging of battery packs offered.

Installation
Our air mix Gear Pump delivers the precise
amount of mix/air ratio to freezing cylinder for
constant overrun (aeration). Simple manual
adjustment. Hopper refrigeration maintains
mix below 5oC during auto and storage
modes.
Gear Box - x 1
Patented high torque German Bevel gear
box, 1.5 x maximum requirement ensures
whisper quite operation.
Indicator lights
‘Mix low’ light alerts operator to add mix.
Audible alarm buzzer standard.
Inverter Controlled “World’s First”
State of the art technology gives Dairy Den
machines unique flexibility and runs on single
phase power. The logics are such that
delivers consistent Soft Serves even after
long tenures of not drawing the Soft Serves.
Dairy Den machines uses this technology
which reduces 25% Amperes compared to
the competition.
Unique “Soft Start / Stop” and low
revolutions in “Cleanout” mode features
reduces long term wear and tear.
To ensure an adequate airflow for optimum
performance, allow minimum 200mm free
space around complete unit.
