2014-15 APPLICATION FOR CONTRACT TIME
(Indoor Tennis Courts Only)
Fall Only: 9/15/2014 – 1/11/2015
Spring Only: 1/12/2015 – 5/17/2015
Summer Only: 5/18/2015 – 9/14/2015
Prior season contract captains get first priority for renewing their contract time by returning this application by September 1, 2014.
After this date, we will accept contract application from the general membership for any available court time. Please note when
requesting contract time that the varsity tennis team practices have been scheduled from 3 to 8 pm Monday through Friday.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACT TIME
 One person from each group must serve as captain. The captain must pay the full amount due for court time by the due date.
 Scheduled dates of play along with the amount due will be sent out in early September, 2014.
 The captain should provide name, phone and email address for everyone who will play during the contracted time. You may also
choose to provide a copy of your player schedule and we will keep it with your contract at the front desk.
 All listed players must be a 2014-15 Reis Tennis Center member by the first date of the contract.
 Contracts may be for both fall and spring season. We will book and accept payment for fall contract time up through
September 22nd. If you wish to continue your contract time in the spring, we will contact you in early December. Spring
contract fees must be paid by January 12, 2015.
 Any RTC member may substitute during contract time. Non-members must use a guest pass or pay a $10/hr guest fee.
 Contract time may not be rescheduled. If you cannot use contract court on a regular basis, we encourage you to take advantage
of the member privilege of scheduling at least one week in advance instead of paying for a seasonal contract.
 If we close due to inclement weather, we will reschedule contracts.
 Contract time must be paid before September 22, 2014 or you will be charged the FULL COURT RATE when you play.
